Arby's — Restaurant in Troy

I was just in Arby’s to order some food like I do every week. I’m a truck driver who stops in literally every week. I never stopped in here at night usually during the day. Today made me want to never stop here again. The young man taking my order with the blonde hair that was ear length was taking my order and I ordered 2 meals. One meal was the chicken tender 5 piece. I asked him if he can tell them to make them fresh. He said he will ask and see if they want to. I stood there about 2 minutes and he continued to take orders. Then my name was called to grab my food. I took the chicken out and of course not fresh or hot I told him I was a paying customer and when somebody orders there food a certain way he should make it that way. There was another taller man behind him with grey on his shirt I’m assuming he was the manager on duty was over hearing. The young man said sorry and that if they don’t have time they don’t have time. The other man asked why was going on I told him why happened and told him if they couldn’t make them fresh then to give me my money back. He grabbed the tenders threw them in the trash can with force and started slamming things around. When he gave me my tenders and I thanked him for remaking him he turned his back on me and walked away without a word. I can’t believe the employees here are so rude like that never has this happened to me here before. I tried looking at the name tag of the man who took my order it looked like...

Arby's is the dark horse of fast food. They have wonderful salads. I know fast food salad can be touch and go with freshness but Arby's always delivers where salad is concerned. Bacon... Yeah fast food bacon is usually terrible in my opinion. Arby's bacon is just like the bacon you'd buy for yourself. It's not too skinny, stringy, or fatty like normal fast food bacon. Delicious. The other things they do better than any fast food place is the smokehouse brisket sandwich. That is pretty much restaurant ready. It is that good. The number one thing above all things they most certainly excel at is their mozzarella cheese sticks. Mozzarella sticks are a lot of people's favorite thing for an appetizer it is not mine... I like them but I wouldn't say my favorite. These however are hands down the best out there. I'd even wager to say better than a good portion of restaurants. They are perfectly cooked everything is inside the crusty breading at all times. They are so perfect the are cheesey still when you take a bite not cold... Not to mention the cheese is a good size thick stick. They are everything you dream a good mozzarella cheese stick to...

I’ve never had breakfast at Arby’s. I stopped here a few days ago and I ordered some breakfast. Now I’m a potato lover, I love french fries, tater tots, tater rounds etc. I’ve never had a hash brown like this before. It’s in the shape of a triangle and it’s almost an inch thick. You get two in a small order. Mine must have been really fresh, because after walking back to the truck in the bitter cold mine were still hot. They were crispy on the outside and soft and tasty on the inside. They are the best hash brown potatoes I’ve ever had! My breakfast sandwich was a bacon egg and cheese on toasted sourdough bread which was delicious. I only paid a little over seven dollars for the combo which is really affordable....
