Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Troy

I ordered the 10 piece tender meal with the extra 10 piece tenders on the side. When I got home they short me 1 tender each box. Called the store and they thought I had an attitude but I didn't I explained I don't live in Troy and this was not acceptable. The young lady twisted my words to the manager Shay and I explained to her that you did not hear me say I was missing 4 tenders, I said I was missing one tender from each box. They put my sauce under my tenders where they could burst open. Thats not how you pack orders. After ter finding out the manager packed my box I was like wow. Where is the last manager. They told me she doesn't work there anymore. Buy they claimed to put my name on the paper to come back and redeem a 10 piece for all the confusion . One thing to remember the customer is always right and before assuming ask questions and don't let your employees talk reckless to the customer. I used to be a manager and my experience was they got fired or suspended for that foolishness. Praying for...

The WORST EVER. We were traveling hundreds of miles to get back to Tampa area. Wanted to get about a dozen pieces of chicken (mixed) to get back home. Posters that advertised wonderful products were FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! When we got inside there was no white meat AT ALL. They weren't getting any for at least the next 2-3 days. So, we just ordered 2 piece combo..extra charge for quarter sized (spoonful) of Mac and cheese. And when we went to get out soda from the fountain, EVERYTHING WAS OUT! NO REFUNDS! I Called the Customer Complaint line over a DOZEN TIMES..NO ANSWER!!!! I called the manager at this store, she told to bring it all back. Over 400 miles!!!!! She knew about the lack of products, and the CO2 cylinders ran out, but they couldn't get any more! So why advertise what they don't have????? We google restaurants in Troy Alabama on our way to Huntsville, Alabama. Seen there were a Church's close by we stopped to get a bite to eat. My son and I ordered 2, 3 piece specials and we had to wait 20 minutes before they bought out our meal. We were going through the bag before leaving notice that's they forgotten the french fries and when my son returned inside the store to get them. The young lady told my son that we only ordered one special, she tried to give him a hard time when we order two specials. She the (drive-thru worker) got an attitude for no reason. He showed her the receipt and we had to wait another 20 more minutes before getting the french fries. She didn't apologized for her mistake. Management needs to teach her Professional courtesy something she doesn't have. If it were me I would've asks for my money back but I didn't pay the bill.
