This Dunkin is the WORST one I have EVER been to!! I ordered three items; two out of the three were wrong. First of all, they don't use the Dunkin app. Then I ordered a medium frozen coffee with a sausage/egg/cheese bagel and a bacon/avocado toast. The coffee I received, and it was correct. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked the girl standing there doing drinks where my order was since several people after me had gotten theirs. She glanced at my receipt then went to check on it. When she came back, she said nothing. After I asked again where my order was, she said they were making it. Finally another girl brought my order and said, "Here's your order" in a nasty tone. I checked the sandwich, and it was a cold crossiant. I told them this was not what I ordered. I was told that the girl that took my order didn't enter it right, then she walked away. I said I wanted to talk to a manager and was ignored. I did not have the time to stay around, so I left. I got to my car and realized they did not give me the toast with the bacon. These people are rude, don't care about the customer, and will give you cold, wrong food if you ask them where your food is. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE; DON'T GO TO THIS...

The young lady working the counter was running like crazy to get all the orders for the counter while the window staff did more gossipping and socializing than work. When the counter lady asked a co worker that was doing nothing to make a couple ice choclates he responded with I'm on window and went back to doing nothing.. And some fat girl in a blue 77 shirt was having a gossip feast accross the counter with the girl standing by the window about her finances.. Read moreI stopped in to get some donuts to go. The people in front of me, a man and woman, had placed their order and we're waiting for it. I was the only other person in the store except for the 6 employees behind the counter. None of them greeted me. None said ,I will be right with you, none said anything to me. So I waited and waited and then finally in a loud voice said "Have a good day" and I left. Horrible service! No service! I called the phone and I got the manager's voice mail. I left the message and my name and number. The rest of this survey does not apply to me as I got nothing to go, was not allowed to place an order.
