Hardee’s — Restaurant in Troy

The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant needs a renovation. I had the Super Sausage Biscuit meal. The service was quite fast. We dined in and were the only people in the restaurant around 10 a.m on a Tuesday. The flavor of my biscuit sandwich was excellent, the biscuit was crumbly and buttery, the hash browns were extra crispy. The floors in the restaurant felt sticky. The decor and furnishings seemed a bit old. The parking lot has lots of cracked asphalt. The soda machine inside was out of order. My husband used the restroom and said it was pretty bad. Have only visited this location a few times but every time the service is fast and friendly and the food is hot, fresh and delicious. I got in a very long line there this morning for breakfast. I was out of there with my hot, fresh food so fast it about made my head spin. Next to Chic-fil-A this was about the fastest I've ever seen a drive-thru move. The cars in front of me barely stopped for five seconds and even still, my food was ready and waiting for me when I got to the window. What more could you ask for from a fast food drive-thru experience? Their breakfast menu doesn't include some of the (better) items advertised on the Hardee's website. Their biscuits are really good, though. They tend to be fairly busy in the mornings, but their staffing doesn't always reflect it. I went on a Friday morning at around 530, and it was busy with one person working both drive-thru and the counter. Everyone inside had to wait a bit as this one person ran around frantically.
