McDonald's — Restaurant in Troy

It's a McDonald's. You basically know what to expect. I'm not reviewing based on anything but what you'd expect from a McDonald's. I'm not comparing to anything else. That being said, they fail. You should be used to the ice cream machine being down, but not once has theirs been up when I've gone, at different times of the day, usually outside of normal business hours, you know, when they should be busy, when it should be up. Staff are either not trained in customer service or don't care. The order needs to be corrected multiple times at the speaker, which I'm willing to blame on poor audio quality, but what doesn't help is them interrupting me mid sentence to ask me if that's all, I guess assuming what I was going to order, and placing that on the screen. A few times I've been asked to pull forward and given a total while still telling them the order was wrong, supposedly having it fixed at the first window, then receiving what was originally incorrect on the screen. Staff do not seem to know how to deal with or correct issues, needing to grab a manager, slowing things down for everyone. It's got to be a management and training issue. I'm not expecting outstanding service from a McDonald's, I am expecting someone to be able to do the bare minimum. That doesn't happen here. I haven't been back in...

Awful awful awful experience. We came to get food just a 20 piece nugget and fries they made us pull forward and weight because the nuggets needed to come up fresh when we pulled off. We took a bite of the fries and they were stale and cold and just old when we pulled up to get them replaced while waiting 15 minutes before closed the lights on the building and the lights in the parking lot all were turned off early. They eventually did give us fresh fries, but when I got home and looked at my nuggets, I saw that they were literally only 17 in them like it’s not hard to count out to 20 and it’s not hard to make sure that the fries are hot when the Nuggets come up hot especially because we had to wait. This is an awful McDonald’s. I do not recommend going to it at all. Plus the service was terrible. They didn’t even talk to us for real. They just wanted to leave early. I ordered my copy a certain way at McDonald's. There is one McDonald's that normally gets it right. And this is usually the one, and the reason they get a 3 star a date. It's because of the little blonde management out there. I don't know her name. He's a short blonde girl, and uh, she likes to give attitude. When you tell her she's done her job wrong. I ordered so much stuff with my coffee. Now I get a large out cup and a little cup has a frappe. She fits it all into a large cup and only fills the cup halfway with liquid and the rest with whipped cream. When I come up to complain, she tells me how much she filled it all the way to the top. And when she remade it, she sets him down on the counter, the lid's not on them filled with so much stuff. And you couldn't close the lid without it, seeping out and tell me that's what it would look like. From now on, if I go to that mcdonald's and see her there, I will go...
