So so sad to report that the food was and always has been a massive disappointment every single time I have come here. Both the male and female leading managers Sam and Hestia?Hepasia? (Shorter woman with large glasses) are collectively very passive, and wierdly skittish, and couldn’t be bothered with most details. Far too many low reviews to be considered a contender in such an odd location. I genuinely fear for this restaurant’s future. Which is saying something because a select few of the surrounding staff are quite polite and quick to get to their jobs up front. The glass is often extremely dirty, as well as the floors in the middle of the day in a near empty lobby somehow??😬😬😬
You would be better off going to one of the surrounding Mediterranean spots, (( or even Savvy Sliders down the street)) much cleaner, the service is perfect and I couldn’t ask for better representation for a business overall. They could do alot better on grill. The pita chips are usually very dry, oily and sit for quite a while, tasting of chalk and shards of cardboard dragged frok underneath an old air conditioner.
There’s little to no communication throughout the building, manager is incompetent, alot of personal orders wasted, misplaced, burnt bits in my food. I wish I could go on. They keep it somewhat clean when they can. I usually dont write reviews, but I do consider Mr.Kabob a respected establishment. This location is a Ridiculous and hard-lined excuse for an express establishment, in my opinion. -4...
Read moreIt is like a Mediterranean Chipotle! Yet cleaner, bigger portions and better tasting! I have been going to that place for couple of years now. I dined in multiple times, but this picture was taken from a Door Dash delivery order. You basically build your bowl or wrap. They do have premade combinations that you can just order, but building your own bowl is the way to go. You start by a base of different types of hummus, garlic sauce, grilled veggies and rice. You can add all or none, it’s really up to you, but you have no limit on how many items you can add. After the base, you have tons of topping options, then you add your protein. For protein options, my favorites are chicken shawarma (not really shawarma, more of grilled chicken, but it is really good), and the chicken cream chop. Steak shawarma is little bit dry, but not bad. Then you end with a sauce on top. I would be careful while building the bowl as you can end up adding huge amounts that pile up! I also tried their baklava. I would say not the best I ever tried, but good enough for after meal dessert! I have seen this place quality going down few months ago, but looks like they’re back on track and I’m happy for that as I...
Read moreWhere do I begin, I love the idea of this restaurant there’s plenty of same style restraunts who have way more flavor for much less price. On the menu for Greek fries there is two options 3.99 and 7.99 green fry option if i recall correctly, I asked them can I get a order of Greek fries she said small or large i said large, looking at menu You see two prices underneath the greek fries, you would assume there’s only two sizes . NOPE there’s three sizes and on the menu there’s only the prices for a small and large. Misconception on the menu should not be a thing. So I told them I didn’t know the fries were going to be this much I don’t want it, They said the owner is going to contact you tomorrow morning to issue the refund. Why should I have to wait for a store owner to call me to let me know that I’m getting my money back. I called them the next day saying I did not receive a call they said he will call you Monday, That’s funny because you told me otherwise in person. I know where not to go and get food and waste a...
