So I don't know how to start this with anything other than this place is absolutely amazing! As you walk in you're greeted by the concierge who gets a general idea as to what you are looking for and he hands you off to the sales team. Now once you are in their hands this is where the magic begins. They cater to you I mean me and my girlfriend walked in k owi g nothing about what we were looking at. We had a general idea as to what she wanted but everywhere else we had gone didn't really try to find an alternative if they didn't have it. This place though started asking questions right off the bat. The fact that Jennifer knew right off the top of her head what we were talking about was fantastic. She was able to find a ring setting within 5-10 mins of us walking through the door. Then to make things even better she did a Lil digging and found us an even better setting that just made my heart sing with joy! Then we got handed off to Jen whose first question is what do you know about diamonds. Well let me tell you we know absolutely nothing about them. So she proceeded to take us to school I now k ow more about diamonds then I ever thought I would. She was absolutely amazing. Explaing the different cuts colors and karate and what they mean when taling about the value of the diamond itself. So we figure out the shape we want and the size range we are looking at and she goes a hunting. Now when I tell you this lady comes back with the most perfect diamond for us I have ever seen! It was perfect and way way bigger than I thought I would be able to get. I could not be any happier with the service this place has provided. To be completely honest I thought I was going to be shopping for weeks trying to find the perfect ring. Color me amazed when it only took these two lady's an hour tops to find and put together the perfect ring for me to give to my lady.
