Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Troy

Ever heard of rat tails? That's what I had to ask myself when i first came to this "Restaurant". You see, it was just a normal day, I was off work for my lunch break and i went to get a bite to eat. My friends had told me about this place called noodles and company and i'm like "well i guess i'll try it. Noodles. Ha ha. That's a sick joke. When i first walked in i was greated by nothing but the stench of 80 year old, old man BO. After that i felt something running up my leg, no not running, crawling, then i felt fir. I looked down, and saw a rat running up my pants! I got him out of there (painfully) but i did eventually. after that i had still not lost my appitite so i decided to try the spagheti. after about 46.5 seconds of waiting someone came to take my order, i told them that i wanted to have some spaghetti. they told me i didn't. I told them i did. They told me i didn't. after about ten minuites of bickering im just like, "O.K." watever and got up to leave. thats when i looked down, just to see a plate of spaghetti! Then the fat waiter who was watching me was about to say something i think it started off with something about magic, but i couldn't hear them because of the loud sirens that i then heard! After that they just got louder. About 63.45 seconds later poison control showed up!!!! And that's how i lost my...

I ordered a fairly simple to-go order here for my family and ended up getting home to find many items missing. Unfortunately, this is a pretty common thing to see nowadays--people not taking their jobs seriously. I called the restaurant back and spoke with Jason, the manager, who basically told me he can't do anything about it. He said he does not have the ability to refund me for the missing items. He then gave me a fake customer service number to call (the number was disconnected). When I called back to confront him about it, he said he's too busy to help me because he has to handle other customers. He then gave me the personal cell phone number to his area director (which I'm not sure was actually the area directors number or not)--nobody answered that line. I'll avoid this location going forward, and consider if I should just avoid the entire chain. My advice going forward is to empty out your entire bag of food before leaving with your to-go order and check to make sure...

Rochester Road and South Boulevard in the Caswell Plaza is the BEST NOODLES LOCATION EVER!!!! First the atmosphere; Clean, stocked, pleasant! The Staff: Super friendly, when you order, then when they bring your food out...they don't just drop it and run. They actually come back and check on you. The food; perfect portions, flavors and the food comes out looking like the advertised photos. Unbelievable... I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants because it's like eating at a cattle call, rushed to order, take your money, search for a clean table, they dump your food at the table and you never see anyone again, yadda, yadda, yadda... The only reason why I visit is it's a quick meal on the go. However, you will never feel that way at this location. You receive excellent service from start to finish. They treat you well, they are happy to serve you and they care about what they serve you. They even bring out samples to try on occasion. Fantastic...
