I order a Venti iced brown sugar shaken espresso from Starbucks every day. Every day they get $6.31 of my money. I have a custom way that I order this drink with only two shots of espresso instead of four, light ice and extra oatmilk. I always ask for extra oatmilk because with the light ice and only two shots of espresso the drink is only 3/4 full…
So I get up to the window and the young girl hands me my drink 3/4 full. I look at it and before even pulling it into my vehicle and I say to her I’m sorry can you please fill this without milk as I requested. I wasn’t mean I wasn’t rude, I just asked them to do the order as I asked… Again I order this drink every day from various Starbucks around my area depending where I’m at.
Then the girl looks at me and says oh I’m sorry we can’t do that… I said excuse me every other Starbucks does to which she replies sorry and closes the window…
So again I save them money with only two shots of espresso and I ask them for a little bit extra oatmilk so that the drink has the flavor I want in addition to being worth the money that they charge… I will never order from this location again and as soon as I get done being so upset I will be calling in and speaking to a manager…

And yes I fully understand that it’s ridiculous of me to spend $6.31 on a drink every day but for me it’s my treat and something that I enjoy and I work for my own money so I can spend it on what I choose… But for companies to blatantly rip you off like this… I’m just...

She went above and beyond to listen to me and help me all while maintaining a positive attitude and smile on her face. All workers at the time I was there today (Meaghan, Amanda, and Sophie) were hard at work while keeping the environment friendly and professional. They shared laughs and smiles with all customers while never missing a beat and getting everyone’s coffee/drinks/snacks to them in a quick and convenient manner. Read moreI have been mobile ordering from this store every morning for months now and at first they were great actually looked that what they were making and didn’t just throw a bunch of stuff in a cup. I wish that I could say they are still great but the people who work there just don’t care anymore they don’t look at the tickets that they are making they forget something in my coffee every single day and I always have to get it remade (which to them means dumping out half of the drink and then just adding more stuff) I’m usually not one to complain but when you’re spending $7 on a coffee every morning it should be made right.
