I have a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children ages 6 and 8. When we visited Sir Pizza we all ordered the dinner buffet with sweet tea to drink. 1st- the quality of the food on the buffet was very poor. All the pizzas were dried up with tough, brittle crust! The different combination of pizzas available were very slim! When we 1st arrived, the bar consist of 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, 1veggie, and 1 beef/mushroom... 45 minutes later it was the exact same! There had not been 1 FRESH pizza put on that buffet throughout our entire meal! 2- The pricing was beyond absurd for for the quality of the food! Our check was $46 for just the food and drink, then we left a $5 top for our server as well.. Which brings me to my last complaint. 3- The service was HORRENDOUS! We waited to be seated but noone ever came over to greet or seat us! We went to set down @ a booth my kids chose and waited for someone to approach our table for a drink order... That never happened either, after 15 minutes went by, I went to front counter to ask someone over!!!! I would not recommend ever taking your family to eat here or Giving this place a single Penny of your money! Your better off going up the road to mcdonalds before you WASTE your time...
Read moreAfter hearing about Sir Pizza raves from friends we decided to stop in during a roadtrip. Dirty menus, dingy interior with several dirty tables on a slow afternoon, hdtv on all the tvs in a dimly lit dining room, and you can count on the disinterested staff to ignore you when you walk in. The pizza? A day old stale totinos party pizza would have been better, truly. We ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza, both toppings were indescriminate from the other, minced up like dog food. The toppings and the cheese were heaped on a thin-ish, dollar pizza crust, resulting in wet chewy mouthfuls of a disappointing pizza catastrophe. If you choose to eat it anyhow, dip it in ranch because otherwise you will get no other flavor than salt. The server was friendly enough, if disinterested in being where they were, not that we could fault them. Whoever the owner is, its clear that they dont care, and it translates directly to the customer experience. Save yourself the trouble and just make a frozen pizza at home, itll be cheaper and much...
Read moreLast night I went in and I felt very disrespected as though I was, it was 8:30 PM and I placed an order. They don’t close until 9 o’clock. I guess it was the manager or whoever ran night shift adult in the situation. She was very rude after I spent $53, I guess that didn’t matter. It was some side eyeing done and some talking teenagers in the back that don’t even enjoy their job or want to work period. I guess why did I come in and place that big order at that time but she took my order and then talked about it. I will never dine in or take out ever again at Sir Pizza It was the back talk when I was leaving I asked for my money back before they even started and she told me no that they were working on my pizza that it wasn’t a problem, but it really was. The whole attitude changed. Not when I’m spending my hard earned money NOPE AND I CALLED THE MANAGER TODAY TO LET HIM KNOW ABOUT HIS EMPLOYEES he said that he would take care of it and he hate that that happened. Glad he understands and is respectful....
