Today's visit to this store left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Despite providing clear instructions and even showing the cashier Mellisa a zoomed image of the label detailing my order, the service I received was shockingly subpar.

Upon receiving my drinks, it was evident that they were not the correct size. When I politely pointed this out, Mellisa's response was not only dismissive but also accusatory. She didn't acknowledge the mistake or offer a solution; instead, she confronted me, saying, "The only difference is the cup size. All you need to do is pour the drink into a venti cup."

To make matters worse, when requesting a remake of the drinks, Mellisa displayed a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. The replacement drinks were hastily prepared and inadequately filled, with no attempt made to rectify the situation or apologize for the inconvenience caused.

What's particularly concerning is that Mellisa holds the position of shift manager, yet her conduct was far from exemplary. It is unacceptable for a member of management to exhibit such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy.

Overall, my experience was marred by incompetence, rudeness, and a blatant lack of respect for customers. It is evident that the staff at this establishment are in dire need of better training and a fundamental shift in their approach to customer service. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot in good conscience recommend this...

Baristas are always rude and my drink is always made terribly. I will drive out of my way to avoid going to this location. Whenever I order a latte it’s made with extra foam for some reason. Which doesn’t make sense because that actually takes more effort and time to do. If you mobile order prepare to wait double if not triple the time. Baristas will get mad if you ask how much longer for your drink. My most recent experience was going to pick up my mobile order for a brown sugar shaken espresso. I got there and saw my drink was 90% ice. This drink varies whenever I get it so not a big deal. It also varies in color/ taste which is also fine. The problem is my drink was missing about 2 inches at the top. I nicely asked the barista for a splash of oat milk to top it off, she topped it off, and then rudely told me to order extra oat milk on the side next time. If she had properly filled my drink I would not have asked and again if it was made properly there shouldn’t be room for a side of oat milk? I’m not one to leave bad reviews but the customer service at this location is severely lacking. I understand they can get busy but that’s no excuse to take it out on the customer. When people are paying $6-$7 a coffee they expect it to be correct so why give an attitude if they want it fixed. This is the only location I have consistently had a bad...

The staff was nice, but not very organized. Our family was on our way on vacation and we were getting breakfast. The first thing we tried to order, the person taking the order said I don't think we have that, let me check. It turned out they did. Then we tried to order our second sandwich and received the same response, but this time they were out of it. In the meantime, our oldest daughter was asking for a Stranger Things drink, which they didn't know, then we asked for a Sunset refresher, which they didn't know that either. So, we just ordered ordinary drinks and got to the car and it was then that I realized I didn't order anything for breakfast for me. It may be that some of the staff working were new, but it really made our visit long and overwhelming. On a bright note, the drinks and sandwiches were very good.

Update: sometimes you just need to know that tomorrow is a brand new day. I have visited this particular Starbucks many many times since my last review and just need to update. This has become one of my favorite locations now and they deserve to have more stars! I stopped going through the drive thru and order solely from the app, it just works out better for me.
