Wow, I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Troy, Michigan, and I have to say, I was blown away by their exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the menu options and even helped me customize my smoothie just the way I like it.

Not only was the service top-notch, but the employees also seemed genuinely passionate about what they do, which made my experience even more enjoyable. It's clear that they care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure everyone leaves with a smile.

This location is very fast! Smoothies use to be delicious when they 1st opened. I came again to this location on June 11th and ask for a Cranberry Truffle with no water. My smoothie was only 3 quarters full and very thin and watery. When I asked why it wasn't filled to the top I was told when the recipe gets changed the consistency changes. On top of the Black lady having an attitude. I have never been cheated out of my money at any other location by not receiving the full product. Yet this location charged me 7.47 for a smoothie that was only 3/4 full and watery. I will Never visit this...
