Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Troy

Well mother's day was an exceptionally busy day albeit even after they ran out of the bagels I came for they were able to accommodate and offered to scrape the salt of before making my mother's day breakfast sandwich she had been craving. I would have never asked but they went out of their way to offer and do so. Not only that but many customers were not taking social distancing seriously and the manager was able to politely but firmly implement proper procedures and had the overrun of customers to form a line outside to comply with the current safety guidelines, I am exceptionally surprised and delighted with their current staff who where running this mother's day and they deserve more for such outstanding work going above and beyond to protect their customers while still fufilling all of our breakfast needs with impeccable services! 7/5 stars I will be back, I couldn't have asked for more (outside of maybe the jalepeno bagel and plain bagels our hearts desired this was perfect and that was not in their control,...

People working here in the morning have very bad attitude. I walk in at 6.00am, first and only customer, 3 people in the counter make me wait for 10 min and say or ask nothing even after greeting them. After asking if they can take an order after 10 min, they look clueless and say they thought I was waiting for the manager. Why would I wait in front of the counter for 10 min for a manager? Can they not ask? The manager turns out to be the person who was looking at me two or three times earlier, then takes the order and I go home and find the order is messed up, did not add what I asked and paid extra for. If the first order of the day is handled with grumpiness and no interest to work, how is the rest of the day going to be? Hope the owners visit the place and see...

Today I went at this location was my first and last time! I was waiting in line I had 2 people in the front of me , The cashier The blk lady with glasses was collecting the money on the same time with those dirty gloves she was grabbing the bagels , can you imagine how many germs and bacteria those dirty gloves carry ! The guy in the front of me did see the scene as well we walked away. Not just this the young big kid that stays at the second register went to change the trash same thing with those dirty gloves he was also helping in the kitchen ! This employee's need to be addressed immediately for hygiene period . I already did report this issue including my video proof to Oakland county...
