Extremely poor "Customer Service" and oversight. Charity Game scheduled for today with the Motor City Veterans on Veterans Day Weekend lost due unfortunate error. Apparently the 4:45PM slot was overbooked. The gentleman overseeing "Customer Service" was extremely rude. He did not like hearing both the Motor City Veteran team or the visiting team (both teams had players travel from notable distances) state it was overbooked. Seeing there were numerous spectators coming to this charity game. I would like to see the Troy Sports Center cut a check to the Motor City Veterans for the lost donations from the 4:45PM game that never occurred.
To the gentleman overseeing "Customer Service". Did you offer a later slot? Did you ask either team if they would be able to book for tomorrow? Did you do ANYTHING other than get an attitude? Also, seeing multiple youth games were ongoing at the time. As a parent myself, I would prefer to see someone who is welcoming to the public.
To management at Troy Sports Center. You should know that another arena (a competitor) once called and explained the situation did offer a later timeslot. Unfortunately, not all players could make the time or the additional travel. It is nice to know your competitor would put forth the effort for our...
Read moreBeen to this rink a ton and usually have a good experience. Tonight my family came to watch my dad play a late 10:15 game. We were watching the NCAA National championship game in the lobby while waiting. The employee who I believes name is Andrew (or the male employee working Monday night 1/8/24), came over and turned the game off while we were enjoying it. I asked why and he said âweâre closingâ. This was around 9:30 when the rink doesnât close till 11. This would be fine, but he was extremely rude and argumentative. We offered to turn it off when we were done and he said âno you can just get out and go to bdubsâ. He continued to make nasty comments to everyone around, threatened to unplug the TVs and was all around completely unprofessional. This was towards multiple fans, family members, players and even refs. I donât often leave reviews, but itâs just an awful way to spend our time while waiting to watch...
Read moreBuffalo Wild Wings offers a mixed dining experience. The service is acceptable, not standing out but ensuring basic needs are met. A highlight on the menu is the pretzel bites, which are consistently good, offering a satisfying, tasty appetizer option. However, the main attractions, the wings, disappoint due to their consistently dry texture, lacking the juicy succulence one would expect from a restaurant specializing in wings. Additionally, the burgers fall short of expectations, lacking in flavor and quality, making them a less desirable option for those seeking a hearty meal. Overall, while there are some positive aspects, the key offerings at Buffalo Wild Wings could greatly benefit from...
