Sushi was darn good. Service was okay. I ordered tuna avocado roll and the yellowtail roll - both without seaweed (with soy paper). They were so delicious and filling. I also ordered beef hibachi. The fried rice and mixed veg were delicious!! The beef was NOT EDIBLE. This is why I rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️. The waitress asked why I didn't eat the beef, and I told her it was super tough (like chewing on a rubber tire. It was so hard). She said she would let the chef know, but I was not compensated or offered a different meat. I think that is poor practice, in my opinion. My husband got the BBB and did not like the meat either (said it was very chewy and spit it out). I will go back for the sushi alone, but I do not recommend any other meats.

Okay, so, I never give one star reviews but god this was the worst sushi place I’ve been to. Me and my boyfriend who are avid sushi lovers decided to try a new sushi place for Valentine’s Day. It was mildly busy, but we didn’t assume it would be a problem. First red flag, NONE of the waitresses had assigned tables. They would basically just take turns randomly coming up to us, we didn’t have any specific waitress and it seemed none of the other tables did either. Second red flag, a table next to us hadn’t gotten their food for over an hour and there were people waiting for over an hour at the front desk waiting for food to pickup. A random lady, who we assume now wasn’t actually a waitress, came and got our order from us. (Our “reservation”, which wasn’t even actually a reservation because we called over the phone to reserve a table for 2 they said ok, and when we arrived to our reservation at 7 and the lady at the front said they didn’t even take reservations??!!!) Anyways, sat down at 7, ordered at 7:20, waited for over an HOUR multiple waitresses kept coming up to us asking if our order had been taken and we said yes, then we started to notice that people who came in after us started getting their food. So we flag down a waitress and and told her what our situation was. She goes over to the sushi chef who she talks to for a while, looking back at us, looking at the chef, and it turns out our order was never put in. Extremely poor communication between all the staff. And the lady who “took” our order- NOWHERE to be seen. We never even got an apology from her. We waited there for an hour and a half for our food and the food was not even good as mentioned I am an avid sushi lover, and I know how most of the rolls are made. I ordered a Yum Yum roll, which came out DRENCHED in wasabi sauce. It didn’t say that on the menu, but when I brought it to the attention of one of the waitresses she simply told me “Next time ask for no wasabi on top” !????? Honey. There will not be a next time. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Was supposed to be a nice Valentine’s Day dinner and turned into a...

Worst dine in experience ever. My wife and I went on a date here and as soon as we arrived our terrible experience started. We walked in the door with about ten people behind us in line and were completely ignored (along with the other guest) for about 15minutes. As soon as we were seated we waited another 15 minutes for our drink order. After we received our drinks we waited another 30 minutes for them to take our food order. While we were waiting we witnessed one of the waitresses take a half drank glass of water off of the dirty table next to us and used it to pour into the heat spot on another table while they were sitting there. At that point in time we all just sat wide eyed because we couldn’t believe she actually did that... Anyways, after being there for about an hour and fourty five minutes (and watched two tables that came in after us receive their food) the waitress came running out of the kitchen to the table next to us and started taking their food off of their table! It just so happened it was ours! So she placed that food in front of us!! Even though the other guest already started to eat it! I was disgusted and completely shocked that this would ever happen, especially during a pandemic! It was so bad that the other guest apologized to us for eating our food. We ended up walking out hungry after two hours of being there. I would highly NOT recommend wasting your money on this...
