Wendy's — Restaurant in Troy

First I ordered pick up through door dash as I was coming from Wicksburg to come back to Troy for the night and wanted a baconater... I pull in and there's a line it's 2 cars past the speaker mind you, I arrived at 10:23pm (meal was ready by 10:31pm) so I then proceeded into the drive thru since apparently I can't just get my order that I have already paid for Nd it's sitting right there in the counter along with my drink, anyways I dreadfully got the window to what I thought was to instantly receive my food I paid for 45 minutes ago on an app that's supposed to counter the wait... Lol I wanted to cuss and all kinds of things but I didn't got home it's like they purposely chose to make me go through hoops to get some mid food. Its july 4 and they had emergency crew from dothan which we did not know as we used drive thru... Lobby doors must have been locked as families were turning from doors... We ordered pub style sandwiches, classic not spicy... After sitting in line for 20 minutes(teen had a gift card, or no... Just no)... Did not check order... They gave us spicy chicken sandwiches on plain bun not pretzel bun and none of toppings for pub order... So beware of Troy, Alabama,, all students prob bailed for holiday... But no several restaurants were full... Just hoping to help fam with kids choose better option... Happy Fourth...

The bathrooms were disgusting. The toilet was full of paper towels and toilet paper and could not be flushed. Toilet paper covered the floors. Neither bathroom was able to lock. There were many flies in the kitchen, and it took about 30 minutes for our food to come out with only one order in front of us. The lobby/dining area was sticky and had food all over the floor. There was no ice and no ketchup. The manager was rude and would not assist other employees when they asked for help. I've never been to a Wendy's more disgusting than this one.
