I was here with my friend at approximately 8:30 PM on March 31st and we felt very uncomfortable. When we pulled up to the window the woman had a very bad attitude and could not hear us but we were speaking as loud as we can without screaming and I understand not being able to hear because I work in fast food service but she was getting very irritated it seemed like with us and I was trying my best to talk as loud as possible and I kept apologizing to her and I miss heard her when she asked what size fries I thought she said what kind of fries and she was very snippy and short with me because of that. Eventually when she just kept not being able to heat us she told us to pull up to the window to order but she did not go about it in a nice way at all she seemed very aggressive in her way of expressing that she could not hear us my friend wanted to order a sprite instead of a lemonade and the Lady said “girl I can not understand you” in a very unprofessional tone and it made us very nervous and uncomfortable the way she was speaking to us and then my friend asked her what kind of sauce they had and she ignored her and shut the window on us and then when she opened the window back up my friend asked her again and she seemed very annoyed with that question and answered with extreme attitude. When she was handing the drinks out she barely extended her arm towards me so I almost literally had to climb out of my car window to get it and I’m not sure if that was intentional or not but based on her attitude the whole interaction I think it was. The whole experience was just not great and I will not be back ever. The lady was middle-aged and had tattoos , did not get her name though. Read moreI mobile ordered a combo & some chicken nuggets & had to wait 20 minutes for someone to just hand me my food because i had already paid for it. Unfortunatly it was cold by then. The lobby is freezing idk what they have the air conditioner set on but it must be refridgerator because i was literally standing there shivering. The lobby is also disgusting i didnt even feel comfortable enough to sit down & wait for the cashier. The drink machine looks like it's never been wiped down the tables are all dirty, the foor had food and sticky residue all over it. There were 2 employees in the entire restuarant not a manager in sight & nobody offered us anything for having to wait so long. The cashier would take care of everyone in the drive through first before even acknowledging the people in the lobby. My food was cold & not very good at all. I was missing chicken nuggets & half the drinks i tried to get from the drink machine were out. There was no point in trying to ask for them to change the syrups because they were so busy the cashier literally said to me "sorry about the wait theres only 2 of us today". I think the managers & owner of this location should be ashamed they let those 2 workers just be in this restuarant by themselves trying to run it. Read moreThe hiring manager at this White Castle is very sweet. I was suppose to receive a call from Monday on 12/13/23 and She never got back with me . So I decided to call today and a general manger from a different store answered the phone and was very rude to me. I told her what was going on and she stated that if she said she will call me than she will call me and was being very sarcastic about my situation I even asked when will she be in because I need to speak with the hiring manager and she kept saying she will call you when she call you and than hung up the phone. I called back asking was the general manger hiring manager their and she stated that she won’t be their for a while and hung up in my face instead of trying to help me get in contact with whoever is over the manger that I was looking to speak to. I also asked for corporate number so that I can make a complaint against the manger that was answering the phone and she stated that they don’t have a number and hung up in my face Smh I don’t know what is going on but I wish other managers from different stores could be much nicer and not rude and hanging up in people faces.
