Understaffed and unorganized. I dropped off my script yesterday evening and was assured it would be filled when I came to get it today.
I got a phone call about an hour ago that there was an issue with my insurance. I go in, I’m told to call insurance and that my script was being filled.
I fix the issue, I come back in, and am then told it’s going to take 20 minutes to fill.
I realize that errors happen, but this all could have been handled when I dropped my script off yesterday. They were too busy then as well as they said it would be an hour wait.
Waiting 24 hours before they tried to fill my script or call my insurance has been a hassle for me.
