I had a product malfunction and I have to go through the manufacturer even though 30 dollars would break the bank of a small business owner. I don't understand how retailers can sell a product that they cannot replace should you receive a defective one. My wife and I shop every week and spend over 50 dollars and more sometimes.

Hands down the nicest, cleanest, and affordable vape shop I’ve walked into. The store doesn’t smell like 🍃 and they keep it very well kept!
