Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Truro Township

They lost a customer today. Business practices are terrible. Why is your phone number going to A.I. with no prompts to speak to a real person? Only option is to order pick up or delivery. So I press 0 and get sent to an outsourced call center and they again are trying to have me place an order. I ask to speak to the store and they transfer my call.... However the store rings and rings and rings and then disconnects. I went through this process 4x until I finally spoke to the rudest woman I've met this year (whichever woman was answering the phones 12/8/24 around 3pm) sarcastically answered my question about why I went through the process 4x with "our calls go to a call center" no shxxt. And she claims they are leaving with my order right now.....a full hour and 20min after the arrival time. No apology from her. Nothing. And when the driver comes he's a nice old man who apologized for the wait. But the pizza was cold and so we're the wings. What is going on with y'all. Never again....

My order was supposed to be ready at 6:02 pm. I waited until 7:07 pm, but my chicken wings weren’t ready, so I had to leave for my part-time job. I dropped off the pizza to my wife and daughter, as it had been sitting under the lamp for over an hour.

While I understand the staff was busy, it’s clear my wings were forgotten when they made the pizza. Unfortunately, when I got home, the pizza was cold and my daughter’s small pizza was burnt. I called for a refund, but only received a credit for the wings.

Given the poor quality of the food and the unacceptable wait time, I believe I should have received credit for the entire meal. I work hard for my money and expect better quality for what I paid. I’m highly disappointed and will be sticking with local restaurants...

I was trying to place an order tonight (fri); they are open until 1AM. Got to the end of my order and it wasnt letting me submit my order? It was 12:39 AM. You guys were still open for another 20 mins!?!? I work in the restaurant industry so i TOTALLY understand if something happened and the place needed to close early or whatever the case may be. But no rhyme or reason for not letting me place my order. Have no idea what was going on except that u must of stopped taking orders BEFORE YOU CLOSED- not cool! They NEVER, EVER answer the phone, so that was poinless as well. My bf and i get donatos like 5 or 6 days a week bc of our schedules. And tip every single time! This is like the 3rd disappointing situation just this week. About done w this place...
