We've been going to this place for about 15 years, and it's amazing! All the frames are arranged by size. You pick the one you want - that fits your print/picture, then determine (if you want it matted) how many mats you want - generally 1 - 3. Those are also pre-cut and sized, although they are happy to custom frame, cut mats, etc... for you. After you picked the frame and mat(s), you decide if you want regular glass, or non-glare, and I think they also have something like a clear high quality plexiglass. At that point it's up to you whether you'd like to take everything home and frame it yourself, or have them do it for you. It's SO easy to do yourself, and if you don't know how, they'll tell you how! That's how we learned. BTW, they give you the points to hold your work and mats in the frame, and I believe they even give you wire to hang it (I don't remember), they also wrap everything up in brown paper - and that's what we've used on the back of each of our prints - you know how the back of a framed painting always has brown paper glued to the back side? Well - this paper was perfect for our needs. Now if you're framing something that needs an archival paper you might check with them to see if the brown paper is suitable for using on the back. Wow!! Jeff and his team have framed so many pictures and portraits for me personally and my business, and I’ve always been extremely happy. Today I received a personal item finished and it’s so beautiful it brought me to tears. I’m so in love with it — it’s just perfect and so special. We recently had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Christian (owner), and several members of his staff, as we needed a solution for a piece of artwork that couldn’t really be enjoyed because of glare from large windows in the room.
