Every time I've gone to a Cici's out of state. Perfect customer service. At this location? The customer service is nothing short of nonexistent. The manager every time I've been is a total jerk. Never fails. Always very rude. Yet I continue to go back. But why? Honestly at this point not worth it. Even if it is the only location left in this area. I'd rather drive over an hour to get good customer service. Tonight I waited in line. For quite literally. 30 minutes. OUTSIDE in 30degree weather for a TO GO order that I was informed would be ready when I got there. I waited in line. I get to the register. Tell the girl that I have a to go order and I hand her my card. But apparently. A chick that just walks through the door and goes up to the buffet and tells someone that she has a Togo order but didn't wait in line takes priority over everyone that DID wait in line. And then I was informed that my food that was supposed to be ready when I got there. Was THROWN OUT. What is that?! Are you kidding me?! So I had to wait for my food to be done. I then asked to speak to the manager because I find it ridiculous that I just had to wait for 30 minutes in freezing weather outside and then had someone skip me in line as well as had my food thrown out. I was then at that point. By the manager informed that he wasn't a bouncer and it wasn't his problem. EXCUSE ME?! I'm sorry but. I work in retail. If someone skips the line. We tell them where the line starts. Not go ahead and take care of them and make everyone that had the decency to wait in line wait for the princess to get her food. No. It's ridiculous. Will definitely be calling corporate...
Read moreOVERALL: For a CiCi's, it's great. If you want a lot of pretty good pizza (especially if you want it cheap), I would recommend it. If you want a great pizza, there are better places, but it's still worth a visit.
PROS: Cleanliness - The facilities are well maintained and the tables were kept clean, and the floors swept Taste of Food - They keep fresh, hot pizza ready, and it is some of the best CiCi's pizza I have eaten (and my doctor would likely say I've eaten too much) Staff - Everyone I have interacted with there, from the cashier to the dining room hosts, and the cooks, have all been pleasant and helpful
CONS: Selection - It is a smaller location, and so the buffet line isn't long enough to hold everything. Of course they have the main ones you would expect (pepperoni, cheese, supreme, etc), and they have some great limited time flavors, but this means they don't have some of the other styles I'm used to seeing at other CiCi's, such as Buffalo Chicken and the Alfredo (without spinach). They are more than happy to make these special for you, and it even comes in a great little personal size, but this means there is a wait for these, and during meal periods, it can be a long wait. Seating - As mentioned in the last point, it's a little smaller than most, which means seating can become limited during busy periods
CONCLUSION: If you are familiar with CiCi's, you will likely find this one to be well run and among the best you have visited. They do a great job, and I've enjoyed my visits there. It's not my favorite pizza, but it isn't expensive at all, and it's good. I would...
Read moreWent there with my wife on Thursday Nov 7 Got there a bit after 1 pm and the lunch rush was over. I assume it was a lunch rush because there were plenty of empty tables but not one table in the restaurant was clean. I mean not even close to clean. Food on the table, food, on the seats and food all over the floor. Appeared to be 2 employees working. Total. Never saw a third employee anywhere in the building. Noticed the lady working the cashier was more interested in stepping outside for a smoke break while the inside of the restaurant was a train wreck. How unpleasant is it to go somewhere nice to eat and the last thing the cashier had in her hand and mouth was a cigarette. Not one single attempt was made to clean anything while I was there. Period! We had to clean a table and chairs just to sit down. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left. Now about the food. There were very few pizzas to choose from and the ones out there looked like they were a couple of hours old. My wife was able to put together a salad and I found a couple of slices of pepperoni that collapsed in my hand because the dough was soggy. A lady that was up there at the pizza bar with me was told they were bringing out fresh pizza but it didn’t happen while we were there. Couldn’t believe it. We were both so happy to find out there was going to be a Cici’s in our area and it was great at first. But I guess it will be a good while “if” we decide to...
