We did not have any food, but the cocktails were amazing!

We went out with some friends for dinner. Afterwards, they suggested this place for cocktails. W E had never been.

The vibe was chill, with soft funk music playing in the back ground. The cool, dark colors and soft lighting set the tone. Great scratch bartenders that make excellent cocktails. we ordered from the specialty menus. I highly recommend ordering from them.

I hate comparing places, but so that you can get a sense of the place, this is like the quieter version of jaspers. by that I mean you can actually hear the conversation and don’t have to speak so hard. Parking was easier. It’s neither better nor worse. The vibe is just different. However, just as good.

We were a group of seven. This a small place and the bar was full and we were standing up still able to all have a conversation. I also saw a group of 5 sitting and having a good time. The rest of the crowd were couples.

I was so super pumped to go here. My friend that I went with had been there the weekend previously and LOVED IT! Last night was not the night! The vibe of the bartender was not welcoming at all. She seemed to know everyone there and we walked in and it was that feeling of the moment everything goes quiet and you happen to say the most absurd thing out loud and then you’re hella uncomfortable. We were only able to get one drink because when we went to order our 2nd drink she told us should not could take our orders it was going to take a while because of other drinks she had to make…so we sat an hour with an empty glass while she made OTHER drinks before we were able to get a check to leave! Again I was so excited to check this out, and the one drink I had was good but I didn’t like the feeling of being “ in the way!” I might try it again not sure, because me and my friend were super bummed...

Overall the space is so cute and the drinks are delicious. The night I went was super busy and the space is small so it was difficult to find a seat and the bartenders were quite busy. That led to one of them in particular being very unfriendly and unwilling to answer questions about the cocktails. In general, ordering from her just seemed like a huge bother. For a place that is intended to serve unique and tasty cocktails, you must be willing to answer customer questions to make sure they know what they’re ordering and that they’ll like it since some of the ingredients they may never have heard of. Might try and go back on a less busy night to see if the experience changes but if not I might have to skip it even though the...
