I have ordered from this location from the time they opened to. My food has always been on point and I have always been able to call in order, they send me a link to my phone text message, I pay and walk right in to get my food out the locker (my name and locker number would show on screen when I walked in). I have order that way and paid that way since Iāve been going there which again has been since they open. I called today and it sounds like someone new or a new manager(who knows), but he sound like he was from New York. I asked to place the order and he immediately cut me off and told me I can place the order online. I said Iām calling because I want to CALL in my order because I had specifics. He basically WOULD NOT let me order online. He kept acting as if couldnāt do it and if he did he donāt know nothing about texting me a link to pay. He said thatās new to him???? Again, kept telling me to go online and would not take my order. He also said about texting the link to pay āhe donāt do thatā and was totally clueless as to what I was talking about. It was so frustrating I end up just hanging up. I mean really, this man was NOT wanting to take my order over the phone and he claim he is the manager. If I wanted to place my order online, donāt you think I would have did that before calling!! So irritated! This really dropped my ratings, and donāt want to give that place business especially if thatās how the āmanagerā is handling ācustomersā, and ācustomer serviceā. I asked him one last time can I order over the phone or not, he told me I will have to order and come in and pay. The Young lady that worked there was Hella rude it took about 40 minutes to get my food. I checked my food before I left. They messed up my food the first time. I ordered traditional wings and they gave me boneless so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes and my food was rushed. I get home and my sauces for my wings are incorrect and wrong. I worked at Buffalo wild wings for six years as a Kitchen Manager and for a Monday night they were busy. They assumed that they were gonna be slow so they were spinning wings in a sandwich bag instead of using their containers that they spin wings in all the containers were all clean like they were ready to go. They were about 5 to 6 people waiting for their order after I left. If you want wings and wanna wait an hour, Buffalo wild wings at Tucker is your store and youāre food might be incorrect as well I normally donāt give out reviews, but I thought this restaurant deserved a bad review. The only reason why it got two stars is because the wings were decent and I didnāt have enough energy to go back there with my second mistake on my order your staff at that Store needs to do better. The good: the fries were hot & tasty. My sonās cheeseburger was good. Although the cashier wasnāt super friendly, she did check on us 2-3 times. The restaurant was clean.
The not so good: My wings were not temperature hot and the wings were kinda dried out & crunchy. Not a fan of Pepsi products or sugar beverages. Paid for order ($51 for 2 adults, 1 teenager & 1 child). No ākid menuā. So had to buy a $12 cheeseburger for my son to eat 1/2 of it. Asked for water cups for 3 of us (husband purchased a fountain drink) & she said they donāt have water cups.
