Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Tucker

Can't depend on most fast food places these days to do NOTHING but TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DQ usually is ok..I visited last Friday for some burgers. I ordered two double burgers, one with only 1 slice of cheese. He stated the burger with 1 slice of cheese was in red package. When I get home, food is wrong, cheese ALL OVER BOTH BURGERS. I call to speak with Manager Ali, who is on spring vacation. Employee that answers is same one who made order, he wants to argue and be confrontational with me about how he knows he did it right. Bring it back. So this was a huge inconvenience because I wasn't driving back out for the evening. It was a waste of my time and money and dinner. One week later I still haven't been able to reach Manager Ali, only rude employee Muhammad. So I still have two wrong cheesy double burgers in my car for when I have time to stop by and get my 9 bucks back. DQ was never this bad, but after that nasty customer service from Muhammad representing your company NEVER AGAIN DQ. . I work in customer service, so I know better. And you will see me again with your spoiled as burgers you wanted back, because I will NOT let you just have my hard earned money....

No online/mobile ordering. This location doesn't participate in most discounts provided be other independently owned Dairy Queen franchises. They even altered the meal deal to discourage buyers; resulting in the buyers having to buy full price items. Unethical business practices are exercised daily at this location! My response to the response from the Corporate fan relations team is: I already knew participation in every promotion is determined by the owner. That is an idiotic response to my review. My point is this location uses unethical and money hungry tactics to make customers spend more money! Corporate fan relations team should hire more knowledgeable individuals and/or stop it with the off topic artificial intelligence...

Oh Lord, help save me from temptation, for I am weak to DQ.
