Very good food, but only eat if you can finish before 8pm. Giving 3 stars because weve been there maybe 12 times, and the earlier visits were great.

We've been disappointed with the service more recently. When hours are til 9pm, you expect a business to be open til then (and would finish cleaning up after 9).

One attempted visit was at 830pm and were shocked they were already closed with chairs on tables. Next visit was ok, but this visit wasn't great.

Tonight we arrived at 830pm and they were still busy. We ordered food and drinks, got a table and waited. Within 10min, most of the counters were cleared off and floormats put up. They had already started clearing all tables and putting everything on the counters. Not too unexpected since they would close later.

I then noticed the moved the tea dispensers into the seat of a booth. And they did not even cover them. Additionally, employees were sitting and eating there periodically. Should have just emptied the tea and put them in the kitchen vs that. Helps explain the health score of 82.

Young lady that brought our food just dropped each basket in front of me. Calling out "a burger and fries" and not trying to figure out whose it was. As I picked up the basket to see which is which, I stated "which burger is this?" She apparently ignored that. Before we even identified whose it was, she already tossed the next one down, "Another burger and fries."

At 859pm, another young lady walked up to the table and stated "Are you going to order anything else? The register will close in one minute.". The tone was very blunt and definitely not inviting to want to order anything. I was potentially going to get the kids custard, but that simplified the decision. We were all very shocked by her statement and tone.

There were still about 8 tables with people at them. And another family came in, and were told they were closed. Seems very odd that a business turns away customers like that. Guess business is so good they can afford to turn people away.

I'm disappointed that we are offered to tip when paying at the time of ordering. I definitely would not have tipped at all for this. For the price we paid, the service was sub par. I expect this from cheap fast food places but really disappointed by Village Burger. Will probably be a while before...

Let me start off by saying that this place is great, and the servers are always friendly. Please take any negative reviews with a grain of salt and more importantly see how many reviews they've actually done of this place beforehand before they knocked it the way that they did because they got butt hurt because they're entitlement wasn't meant, and just let the one star review to rant about their one bad experience out of the 90 great experiences that had.

People say kids are running it? It's in close proximity to a high school and it seems as if they're doing the community of service by actually giving these kids a viable extracurricular activity to do, so I applaud that entirely. Even more so it's helping these young people gain the learning experiences they need to actually be contributing members society. Is anyone that has something to say about that are obviously detractors from the community entirely.

In my personal experience they've always admitted to any inconsistencies or shortcomings they've had with my orders, and are always willing to make up for it to ensure my satisfaction.

I'm certain that if anyone does have a negative experience here they will do all that they can to make it up. Just keep that in mind that you're dealing with humans when you deal with humans. And don't be that Karen to leave a one-star review because you had a bad experience the one time out of 100 time you've been there.

Shout out to those associates that make it happen! Special thanks to Luis,...

My family are long time customers of the Village Burger on Main Street in Tucker, Georgia. We go out to eat every Friday night. We went to Village Burger in Tucker a lot during the Summer months, but after school started, we’ve only been twice. We haven’t been back because there is a major loitering problem there on Friday nights during the prime dinner time hours.

During the prime time supper hours, from about 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, the place is overrun by a large group of Tucker High School students who have been loitering in the 2 booths up near the front door and also near the doorway and area that leads to where you go to order the food. The high schoolers don’t order anything more than a drink and they are very loud and distracting. They make it very uncomfortable for families with kids who are in the restaurant. We complained to the employees but they said they can’t do anything about it and they said that they have complained to management about them but that management hasn’t done anything about the situation.

Please take care of the situation. Otherwise, we won’t be back until school is out. I’m sure we’re not the only customers who feel this way. You’re losing business as long as you allow the loitering to continue. We really enjoy eating at your restaurant, but not under those conditions.

Thanks for your consideration of this matter. We will appreciate it if you take care of the situation, and I’m sure your...

Management, please get your act together. Figure out what the problems are and fix them. This is a beloved restaurant in Tucker. We’ve supported and loved it for a long time. Today was a series of COLOSSAL errors, and as you can see from the newest reviews, they’re now the rule and not the exception. We waited 45 minutes for our food. Apparently, their system was not printing orders to the cooks, but when you see a long line of people, it seems it should take you more than 20 minutes to wonder why you have no orders. Half way through I asked one of the young people to check on my order, and he never came back to tell me what was going on. Another young man who seemed to be the most knowledgeable came and refunded our meal and apologized. There were people on their lunch break there who were on a time crunch, and it was a shame they were made to wait so long. Thank you for the refund due to the timing. I understand problems with technology happen, but that doesn't explain the burnt burgers that were practically inedible. I’d love to update this review and start supporting this place again when they get their stuff together. I'll keep an eye out to see if meaningful changes are happening.

I had ordered a house burger for the 1st time and by the time i got to my destination and looked at my food i saw that all of toppings were not on it! I called them and spoke to the mangr. and he said would you like for us to remake it for you and he apologized for it happening. I told him yes I even took a picture of the sandwich but he didn't care to look at the picture. And so when I came in I said I took a picture of it do you want to see it he said no I just didn't want to you know like, show that I was lying about anything so I was just being upfront and honest about the whole situation. Because I noticed that the sandwich felt kind of light! But it was very nice of them to go ahead and remake it regardless of seeing a picture or wanting the the food back. Because I had more toppings than what is in the picture of what I had asked for. Thank you guys!
