My waitress Kaz was amazing. The steak not so good. Kaz asked me how would you like your steak. Rare? Medium Rare? Medium? Or Well Done. I said well done please. Another waitress brought the steak out. It looked pretty good. When I cut into it, it was very pink. I waved at my waitress and said I ordered the steak to be well done. She looked at it and said there's pink in there I will take it back. The manager brought the steak back out. My first thoughts were dang that's overly crispy. She stood there and said can you cut into it so I can make sure it's well done. I started to cut up the steak and I told her that it's definitely well done. I was going to keep the steak and eat it, but after taking that first bite I said this is way too crispy. I waved at my waitress and said look at how crispy this steak is. Can you please take this off my bill and just charge me for the shrimp. I kind of figured that same manager or another one would have come out and tried to rectify the issue. Especially since the waitresses and servers need a managers approval to take a steak off the bill. But absolutely nothing. I thanked the waitress for her service, paid my bill, and left. SMH! I have had plenty of steaks from restaurants that were well done and they did not come out crispy and burnt. LongHorn please try to do better for your customers.

The two of us arrived at approximately 7:30 on a rainy Monday evening. We were told to expect a twenty-minute wait. Much to our pleasant surprise, we were seated in about five minutes. I ordered salmon, Caesar salad, and French onion soup. Our meals were delivered to our table very quickly after orders were taken. The soup was quite tasty but not hot the way I like it. I like French onion soup that will singe your tongue if you don't let it cool a bit before eating. I finished the soup because the temperature was not a deal killer. I asked our server Nadia, who was very attentive, to let the chef know my concern. She passed the information along to the manager. Within a few minutes, Alicia the manager came to our table. She apologized for the temperature of the soup and offered to make it right. We let Nadia know that we were celebrating my birthday, and she offered her well wishes. At the end of our meal, Alicia brought a fabulous display of ice cream covered with whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate. I noticed that everyone pitched in to make our dining experience pleasant. The manager visited all tables around us that I could see, the hostess brought out to-go boxes and of course, Nadia our server made sure that our glasses were quickly refilled. It was a very pleasant dining experience.

My first time coming back to Longhorn and I remembered why I haven't been a Longhorn's customer. Jessica is giving great customer service. I just wish she could get some support from her kitchen and staff. The Texas Tonion is breaded in meal. It's dark and the sauce is just Thousand Island. After waiting for our ribeye and Outlaw ribeye, it's sent to a table next to us where those customers arrived 30 minutes after we were seated. No non-alcoholic beer. In 2022? Ok. I could let that slide but the bread plates came to the table dirty. After the wait and a visit from the manager, here's a pic of my plate My wife's ribeye wasn't seasoned. I will grill my own steaks in a snowstorm before I come back here. Jessica was the only person that deserved a tip today. She took the time to apologize for the staff even though she can't serve and cook and deliver food by herself. Now David A. Williams, Managing Partner of this Longhorn, would you serve your grandmother this plate?

So my impression of the Longhorn when I first pulled up was thrown off because of the look of the outside but I just told myself its probably one of the first Longhorns and they want to keep that original look. We were seated promptly and our waiter came over promptly. He was very pleasant however I think he was stretched a little thin. When our food came out I was so hungry I immediately began to dig into my steak which I wanted medium well but it was clearly medium so he had to take it back so I had to wait again. When they steak came back out honestly I was so hungry but the atmosphere had been so distracting and irritating I was just ready to go. I took a few bites of my steak...and never noticed that I never got my Brussels that I paid extra for as a side and my mom never got her sweet potato. Unfortunately I did not notice this until I was about 10 minutes away but they would have been closed by the time I returned. Now lets talk about the atmosphere. I do believe that restaurants or Management should always be floating around to ensure that the atmosphere is conducive to everyone's experience. Some guests next to us had several people on their phones and on speaker which was most irritating. I could not even concentrate on just enjoying my meal and our conversation because these phones were loud and no earpieces...they had them on speaker. Then the guests got up from the table and started to walk around other guests while having loud conversations on their phones. As a guest I should not have to manage that. Where was the MOD that should have been walking around and noticed that to let those guests know this was not appropriate. Again it was so bad to the point that I literally was so irritated that we missed not getting two items of our food. Now on another note...I do feel the server should have noted this...and if not him how did no one in the kitchen say wait...why are these two items still sitting for this table. Not what I have come to expect from Longhorn. This was not my normal Longhorn that I frequent so I may never be on that side again to go to that restaurant but that still most...

I just wanted to take a minute to write about my beautiful experience I had yesterday at my FAVORITE restaurant and location in Tucker,GA. It was my birthday yesterday and the manager Mr. Stephen made my day! He not only greeted my family and I when we arrived and remembered who I was, but he also treated me to a beautiful birthday lunch. That was totally unexpected and just made my day. It's not everyday that you go to a restaurant and the staff and manager recognizes you often. To know that Mr. Stephen and he his wonder staff makes it their business to learn their customers and actually pay attention to those that frequent their establishment often makes a huge difference in my eyes as a customer m. It truly makes me feel like im apart of the longhorn family lol. My family and I have been eating at this particular location for over 20 years! So you can imagine how much money has been spent there lol. But knowing that when I step into the restaurant that not only will it have TOP TIER service, great food, great customer service, but more importantly to feel appreciated by them by coming there makes a world of difference šŸ˜‰ I definitely dont spending my 100+ plus dollars on any meal! What would a meal be without your favorite waitress ! Ms. Amanda is the absolute BEST! It dont matter what is going on, she is always going to greet you with a smile and give the best service! She is great as what she does and such a people's person. She always knows what drinks we will have, and remembers so many details about our food when we order. She makes us feel like family and thats what I value as well. I have no problem spending money where my family and I are happy and taking care of! Im so grateful for our family longhorns family. The entire staff is fantastic! Thank you so much Mr. Stephen and Ms. Amanda for a great day yesterday and making me feel special! My birthday was awesome because of you both. Until next week, I'll see you later lol. For anyone in the area, please stop by this location, you won't regret it! They are the best! Oh, and the Brussels sprouts were DELICIOUS šŸ˜‹. It was my first time...

Will not be returning!! My coworkers and I went here for lunch Thursday 10/27/22. We hadn’t been since before Covid and the food was just ok then. We sat down kinda in the middle when you walk in. Well here comes a homeless man passing by with his comforter/blanket to go outside. I mean walking by several tables where people are eating. Now while I don’t mind the homeless man, I find it highly unsanitary for anyone to walk by with a blanket/comforter where people are eating; especially a comforter that’s been outside on the ground everywhere. The restaurant still has carpet inside so anything could be getting onto the carpet. My coworker went outside to ask the hostess who was holding the man’s blanket if that usually happens. The homeless man came back inside and stayed in the back area close to the restroom for a while. The hostess then tells my coworker to have some compassion and she feels sorry for the man. Never saw the hostess wash/sanitize her hands afterwards. How rude of the hostess who doesn’t know my coworker or how many times she’s helped a homeless person. So my coworker then ask for the manager. The manager comes to table, kinda listens, and basically said the homeless man usually comes in with his money and pays for his food and either sits at the bar or in the back area. He said the man comes early and they thought he would be gone before the lunch crowd but he wasn’t. Then thee manager nonchalantly said he wasn’t going to ask him not to come. Ok cool. No professional response whatsoever. Just brushed it off and went about his way. So we said fine and we won’t be returning. Restaurants are nasty enough as is. I feel like those with carpet are nastier. If the homeless man or any other homeless person wants come in to eat fine. But NO ONE should be allowed to bring blankets/bedding inside an eating establishment. And the food wasn’t even good. So for this reason we will not be returning to...
