Me and my wife chose to eat at Las Colinas for lunch. We have never eaten here as we were looking for something close by and new to us. Placing the order over the phone went smoothly, also picking up the food and communicating with the employees that worked there, they were very well mannered. Unfortunately this pleasant experience took a turn when we got back home and started to enjoy our food. My wife pulls a long hair out of her chimichanga, then it ended up breaking, so we opened up the chimichanga and there was a big black piece of curly hair underneath all the toppings. We immediately took a video and called the place back to request them to remake the food. They understood us completely and handled the situation with much professionalism. They even took the video and showed it to the kitchen staff to show how unacceptable this was. We do very much appreciate the service but we will definitely not be coming back to this establishment again. (They did not give any complimentary items for this inconvenience)

Las Colinas has had a glow up within the last year and it looks beautiful! I love the bright colors and fun instagram-able walls! The menu has changed as well, with both traditional and unique dishes. Our server/bartender, Veve, was top notch and it not for everything else, would just go back for her because she was incredibly hospitable and welcoming! Her spicy margaritas were amazing and she did not skimp on the spice, which is exactly what I asked for. This time around, we just got the salsa and chips, plus 3 steak street tacos, these did not disappoint and will definitely be back again soon to try out more of the new menu!

Another good Mexican restaurant in a very crowded field. Five of us went for a late lunch this week. We had the usual burr and Fajitas. Food was good, but nothing outstanding. Service was excellent and the margaritas very reasonably priced. Parking can be a challenge on Main Street. Half our party disappeared to find parking off the main drag.

Hello I am employed in the area went to grab lunch today 11/6/18 bc it's $1 tacos on Tuesday. I literally wlkd in stood at the hostess podium to be waited on; when no one came I asked for assistance. The waitress that approached was very rude and disrespectful! She flung the menu at me and rushed me to order! I've been here many times before but NEVER AGAIN!!!! This experience made me believe that she was racist as this treatment was not given to any of the customers that came in after me and were not of my African descent. I will also inform my friends as well that give this place business about how I was treated. I asked to speak to a manager and while talking to the manager the waitress came up and interrupted us while talking and was very aggressive and rude. I don't know if she was having a bad day or not but the customer service was horrible!!! Even while talking to the manager I could tell he wasn't concerned with the waitress' behavior! My advice don't hire waitresses that have no customer service skills and horrible communication skills! Further more if you're going to manage your establishment please realize employees like the one that was rude to me can be very costly to your establishment because they lose you business from good customers who know how to tip!!!! Good luck you're going to need it if you keep that...

My husband's Four Enchilada plate was very good with lots of beef & other fillings. His chocolate lava cake dessert was fantastic. My shrimp burrito with beans and guac/sour cream salad was good, and my sopaipilla dessert was very good. Both of our desserts and our dining companion's flan arrived as beautifully presented, super-generous servings. My 16 oz mango flavored "Skinny" margarita came in a regular, tall drinking glass with a generous amount of mango and not too much of a very good, basic tequilla. Our server was one of the best I've ever experienced! The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the generous amounts of good food. We met there on a Friday at 6:00 p.m., and soon there was "DJ'd" music with the music videos on a screen. The loud volume was soon turned up even more! It was WAY too loud; we had to ask them to turn it down. The selections were fine, but there was no need for music that loud, especially that early in...
