3/28/2024 ITTI (morning sup) HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Can’t be TRUSTED , i order the same drink every time, the drinks are made extremely sweet til the point the ingredients are sitting at the bottom of the cup clearly, coffee concentrate (dark brown)and caramel ( golden brown)both clearly visible on different occasions, ITTI purposely told employee to mess up drinks, if she doesn’t/didn’t, I wonder what she walked over and whispered to the young lady who is supposedly trained and has a label with the drink description, that made the young lady look directly at me??? She tells be to pull up, I go in immediately, ITTI has literally has her back turned putting more ice in, as I can see, the young she whispered to seen me and told her, she right here.????????? She passed me the drink caramel was sitting at the bottom of the cup, I asked her what that was,? she said coffee concentrate 😳 clearly it’s caramel, but ok she then says “u don’t like to sweet right” exact words, either way, my next question is, 🙋♀️ am I supposed to drink that? When one inserts a straw they drink from the bottom (fact) what is this lady trying to do???? She says taste it.😳 I say, I’ll take a refund and ur name!! Which this probably isn’t her name, can’t call corporate, they make themselves unreachable for complaints, by phone, but can be emailed.????
if u have asked for refund or complained about ur drink in the past for being toooo sweet (have to add water literally it’s syrup) (which means half is poured out)or undermixed this what happens? it’s not the customer fault, we know how our favorite drinks taste and look, one time my frozen coffee was the color of a brownie y’all.? I suggest Starbucks around the corner or chic fil a. Came here cause at 10a there’s no line. Js. It’s a last resort for me, 3 mins from home.
ITTI shame on u, u can’t be trusted, I hope u get what u give ur next personal coffee trip. Fiy they don’t wear name tags here. She’s the older Hispanic, mole on face, black hair, wears in ponytail, usually at front counter or drive thru window. Funny thing it’s always African American drinks that are messed up, a girl came in right behind me (African American) saying how they messed up her 8 dollar drink. Read moreWorst DD experience in 55 years. No plain cinnamon donuts or donut holes. Given the wrong 2 donuts initially, went back to the drive through window, employee ARGUED with me that the contents were correct, they were not. The replacement 2 donuts were also incorrect. How difficult is it to get a bluberry glazed & a creme filled from full trays of each? In the 8 minutes it took me to discover the error, turn around & go back they could not have sold out. In fact both were available after a SECOND ARGUMENT concerning the replacement bag's contents. I didn't leave, checked contents immediately, they are wrong AGAIN. On their THIRD Attempt, I finally received the products I ordered. No apology, no regrets, no remorse, only lies & bluster. I am unaccustomed to contemptuous food service workers berating me, then telling me the wrong products were correct. I KNEW they weren't, & so did the sorry excuses for 'friendly helpful staff'. I was appalled. The situation was so ludicrous I couldn't even get angry. The pathetic performance at this DD location defies description. Since when is the customer always wrong?
I'll drive further to go to a different location, I sincerely doubt I'll be spending any money withe store # 352613 in future, simply not worth the effort.
tl/dr Miserable experience, rude staff, poor service, got order wrong twice, very unsatisfied.
The coffee was good, fresh, hot, black & strong.

Read moreDo Not Use Your Rewards Here!! I set up a dunkin loyalty account and loved getting rewards for my purchases, as i came to this location regularly. There are 2 Major issues i’ve noticed: I tried to cash in a reward 2 visits ago and the person on window scanned the code but i still paid full price for everything, so i assumed i’d be able to get my free one on the next go around. Next go around was today and turns out the reward was redeemed, even though i paid fully the last time. Staff will steal your rewards it seems. The girl at the window did not allow me to ask any questions, she simply said “it’s been redeemed, the computer is telling me it’s been redeemed” you can come here every day and get the same thing and your coffee will taste completely different each time. All in all, it’s tolerable to a degree (hence the 2 stars instead of 1) because it’s the quicker option compared to starbucks, but i’d rather wait a bit longer and get an...
