Second time coming to this Jersey Mike’s location and this time was a disappointment! Arrived and it wasn’t busy but the staff was SLOW motion. There were 3 people working. 1 woman with blonde locs who decided to hold a conversation with a doordash/Uber/grub hub food pick up person. I’m not sure which company he represented but she wanted to know how much he made doing his job. Lady, GOOGLE is free! Tiktok is FREE! Yet she decided to engage in a conversation while customers were waiting. We all want extra cash but lady research things on your OFF days! Finally she walks over to the grill to make our orders. She had 3 number 16 orders. Mine and a separate order with two subs on the tab! She’s literally taking her time to put the food on the grill. No since of urgency as the line grew longer! She finally finishes our orders. I knew she didn’t do mine correctly because she wasn’t focused. I pay and check my sub before I leave. Just as I suspected, she did my order wrong! No Mayo and there were sweet peppers when I clearly said banana peppers NO sweet peppers. I look at my order to make sure he wrote it down. And boom there it is + Mayo -SP! Sp = Sweet peppers! I go back to the register and tell them they got it wrong! Instead of blondie apologizing after the dude who took my order wrote it down correctly. She goes “ It wasn’t on there” ugghhhhhhh I despise a liar! Yes it was! Then she says I didn’t see it! So she tells the other worker “ oh that’s why I tell you to write things out.” Lady! Take accountability! There’s no blame game in teamwork! Bcos while you were running your mouth he was holding it down trying to service the customers! And I’m not sure how long she’s been in food service but most ppl know the lingo on orders. He shouldn’t have to write them out. She came across as the Mgr being as though she told the one employee not to forget to clock out. So if she is the Mgr and you plan to reply. Read this review twice and all of the other reviews! So that your service can be on point! We give grace to those who working and of course wait times can vary. However I watched you like a hawk and you dragged ya feet! I don’t like lazy workers. And if you aren’t a lazy worker perhaps I caught you on a lazy day! Nonetheless I had to pick through my sandwich to take off things I told them not to put on. And didn’t enjoy my meal. Read moreVery disturbing to see how customers are so rude! I visit this location at least 4x a week. I have watched as it goes through the changes of the horrible conditions that fast food has been faced with! The only one face that I see each and every time that I visit is the manager with the colorful dreadlocks. Always working hard, always there, always trying hard even when customers are rude and disrespectful! I moved here from Dothan Alabama where we greet our local businesses with gratitude and support. Georgia is horrible rude and I hate that my husband moved here. They have no patience, no consideration for anyone or anything and they drive like animals. This store has been through a few people and believe me some of them were terrible to say the least. But the quality of the food, the store’s appearance and the manager is always the same. I don’t know who sees these post but take it from someone who frequently eats there. Majority of the complaints about a person mental state from someone who just ate a sub from them makes me question their own mental state? You all should be thankful that someone opens that door each and every day no matter the weather, no matter her situation no matter who shows up or not! You people are horrible. I was there yesterday and the food was great! The store decorations are just unbelievable I got my usual #10 the manager starts making it before I get to the counter. I usually would not do this but my husband was reading some of the reviews and I decided to respond. Read moreVisited two days ago. This is a fairly new location. I normally go to another location but this was a little bit closer to me so I said I’d give it a try. Man why did I do that! I ordered on the mobile app (5 GIANTS $86) like I do majority of the time so my food can be ready when I get there (both locations are almost 30mins away). Get there and not only was my food not ready, the Guy working there informed me that my order “didn’t come through”. But it was in their system (go figure). He printed out the ticket and told me to “hold tight, he got me”. I went back to my car to wait. No fuss or anything! Not sure how long I waited honestly (but it was not too long). Drive 30 mins home and opened the first sub. OMG I could smell the burtness. The meat was scorched!!! And taste disgusting! I was and still am highly upset. How could he have burned our meat so bad and fast? I’ve been going to Jersey mikes for years! Avid and loyal customer!!! The only place my family and I go to for steak subs since we no longer live in NY. I paid too much money and drove too far to be this disappointed. I tried calling the restaurant that day but no answer. I submitted a complaint online. But haven’t spoke to anyone yet. This needs to be rectified ASAP!...
