Sabor Centro America Restaurante — Restaurant in Tucker

I went here on 1/29/2024 right after a doctor's appointment and before work. I called for my order to be picked up and (I only speak English for reference) the lady who picked up the phone didn't place my order correctly. I politely asked for a bean burrito WITH CHEESE ON THE SIDE (since I cant eat large amounts of cheese at one time). I come to the restaurant to pick my order up, so i asked if i could get my rice and salsa switched out. They dont have Mexican rice, they only have white rice (which is stupid if this is MEXICAN restaurant!) The lady, (who was the person I spoke to on the phone) then proceeded to tell me that they only serve white rice. and Just switched my salsa out. By the time I made it to work and open my burrito I see that its nothing BUT CHEESE no bean! As well as my food was burn. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY! Especially if you like really good...

Third time ordering from this restaurant, the last couple of times one order was canceled by the establishment & the first was pretty decent. This time though, I place my order at 730 am for pickup at 815....sure enough that's ample time for 4 popusas and 4pcs of plantain....I get there and cashier has to dig out my receipt when there is nobody else waiting for food says to me give us 10 min we don't have it made, annoying 😑 because i have to get to work... tells me to come back almost 15 min later I show up and its still not ready....not good at all this time. I'd rather drive to Lawrenceville to get some popusas than stop here. Cashier was friendly on the phone, not so...

Great food good prices friendly staff very convenient.. yummy for your tummy. I always get the mojarra frito (fried fish) I love that as long as it's not fried too hard. I love the beverage selection. The hotchatta is good has a lil kick to it! I also enjoy the arepas and you can't go wrong with a taco! Now idk what changed but now they have regular hours! Idk why they used to close at 2pm i hated that. But now it seems they stay open til 9pm! Wow now I can really visit more. It seems like they took the patio seats inside..maybe since it's getting warmer they will...
