The food made up for the lack of decent customer service and the 25 min wait. The staff need better training on customer service cause what I saw was ridiculous. The thing that bothered me the most was seeing this little old lady in a car in front of me, struggle to reach for her food in the drive through window. The staff is literally right there and did not even hand it to her. As soon as I pulled up, mind you, it’s my first time here, I reach the window and I’m waiting for someone to even acknowledge me, after 5 minutes, the staff looks at me and says, “your food is right there.” Now ma’am. How in the heck was I supposed to know that’s my food? You didn’t greet me or look my way or mention my food is the one sitting at the window. And of course, they don’t hand you your food … you gotta reach for it. Like there’s enough space for you to do that. So if you have T-Rex arms like I do, put your car in park cause they will not help you. Food was good though. I got the Asian Warm Bowl with rice/romaine, chicken, avocado and extra sweet potatoes. Minus the broccoli being so burnt, it was good! I hope yall get better service. Hopefully they can change the location to cause you’ll miss the entrance a few times.

I enjoy the lunch bowls. It’s full of flavor, good portion, affordable and very fulfilling. My favorite is the Mexican bowl. It’s pretty good in a burrito too! The breakfast menu needs improvement though. The portion is a lot smaller and it lacks flavor. I wish it came with dressing like the lunch items do. It does come with salsa but I prefer a dressing. I was at the drive thru and smelled something burning. I joked with my boyfriend and said “that better not be our food!”.. and guess what?? It was our food. They gave us burnt food. The potatoes in my breakfast bowl were completely burnt/many pieces were black. My boyfriend’s burrito was also burnt. I couldn’t believe they actually gave it to us instead of remaking it. I don’t mind a little bit of burnt food but if it’s completely black then that’s not acceptable. I think I’ll stick to the lunch menu!! The quality and taste is a lot better. Definitely recommend stopping here for lunch/dinner.

Looks like our experience was similar to most, poor customer service and the lack of human interaction will ruin this business. Went last night about 7pm

Definitely wont support a business that doesn't accept CASH...

The card swiper gave you no receipt, or idea how much you were being charged and when you do get the attention of someone at the window to ask for a receipt your told there is no receipt and handed the print out of their order ticket (no pricing, no listing of my card details)

Our drinks were sitting outside the window by the time we pulled to the card swiper- didn't like them sitting out in the elements like that-what happened to a standard greeting? The offering you a drink carrier when ordering more then 2 drinks. The food just handed without a thank you, an ask for anything further... just terrible. I mean employees are getting paid right? This isn't volunteer work...

You won't be treated like a valued customer here, this establishment is just conditioning you to be disconnected from an experience because the price point feels good on the wallet. There was no wow factor to the food, simple recipes you can make at home probably...

This is not only a review for Angie's Prime Grill but also the City of Tucson. This whole set up is a saftey hazzard. There is not enough room for the drive thru. Folks were lined up on Campbell Ave at 12:15, causing many traffic hazzards. Then the order...I ordered online at 11:30am for a 12:15 pick up. Because there was no way to get into the parking lot (after several mins waiting to do so) I parked on a side street and walked over so I didn't get into the lobby until 12:30. My order wasn't ready. They had to look up why as my oder number was over 50 less than the current orders they were handing out. They had to make it while I waited and then in their haste got the order wrong. I am allergic to cilantro and I replaced that dressing with salsa. I didn't realize until I was back on the road to work because the dressing is inside the salad container. The staff WAS NOT RUDE but I actually felt sorry for them. They were slipping and sliding on the floor, all hands on deck but it is way to small a space and I can't imagine it can get better. I am so disappointed as the salad/rice bowl was good and inexpensive but definately not...
