I ordered online and arrived at the designated pickup time and it took an extra 30-40 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. Despite the delay, I remained patient and friendly without expressing any complaints even with the super passive aggressive disgruntled attitude of the person who I assumed to be the Manager who didnât even bother to greet or welcome me but met me with âYOU are going to have to give ME a minuteâ I was then stood in line waiting for 10 mins just to be able to tell her that I was there for a pick up. âOh youâll have to waitâ and wait I did⌠for another 30 mins.
I understand there was a storm that possibly caused issues but do you really need to treat customers this way? This was also in front of other customers and my daughter, so god knows how they were treat before and after me. This attitude proves that this isnât the first time either based on how easily she spoke to me with that attitude and probably to others before and after me, Because from my perspective, the employees looked like this isnât the first time.
I was reluctantly handed my order sealed and told to have a good night and no mention of what is to come next.
I attempted to order 3 extra pieces of bread online, but the system only allowed me to order 1. In the comments section, I clearly stated that I was trying to get 3 extra pieces, as itâs the only way my daughter will eat anything from Baggins. I have ordered it this way multiple times in the past without any issues and Iâve always paid in the past, However, upon returning home, I was greeted with a sloppy handwritten note with my order a note that reads â Only paid for 1, I gave 3, next time plz payâ

I spend 30-40 mins inside the restaurant waiting for my order and the Manager didnât think to ask or tell me these bread pieces were extra and that they would need to charge me for them?    Read moreI have visited most of the Baggins in Tucson at some point or another. My go to sandwich is the Baggins Unforgettable and it is delicious most of the time but there is some consistency issues amongst stores.
This Baggins is well designed, clean and feels spacious as you walk in despite not being a large store.
The gentleman who took my order was polite and helpful but the rest of the staff seemed bored for lack of a better word.
They have a display of side dishes at this location which included potato salad, coleslaw slaw, and a couple of cold pasta dishes. We tried the potato salad and it was honestly so good. The presentation was nice and the flavors were strong and delicous. It had a strong mustard influenced flavor. I dont like mustard but I do acknowledge that it makes potato salad better and this was not exception.
Our sandwiches were a little light on the turkey and a little heavy on the sprouts compared to other baggins we've dined at but they were still tasty.
This location had the best cookies so far (the small ones) they were baked perfectly but the brownie was a little too cakey. I prefer a fudgier brownie with a little crisp on the edges where this one was too soft and cake-like tho it was good if you just think of it as a piece of cake.
All in all we would try them again if only for more potato salad it really was...

I ordered online for pick up which the soonest pickup option was 30mins, I placed my order one sandwich and one side came out to $20.00 which was pretty pricey considering I didnât get a drink or anything else. I waste time so that when I pull up my order would be ready at the scheduled pick up time but when I get there I wait in line for 15 minutes get up to the counter and tell them I have an online order just for them to tell me âoh your ticket has just been sitting here.â I asked the guy behind the counter if that was correct because I ordered now 45 mins ago. I decided to order a carrot cake since I had to sit there and wait as he said âyea Iâll start making your sandwich now.â Completely unbothered. I was visibly upset and they could have comped my carrot cake or a freaking drink for that matter but I didnât even get an apology. This baggins is always incredibly slow for whatever reason but this situation was complete avoidable had they been doing their jobs and paying attention to the orders. Someone set up the bag with the online order ticket and just walked away so itâs not like they just didnât pay attention they knew they had that order and just didnât make it.
