If I could give no stars I would. Me and my husband decided to try Blake's lottaburger today on Valencia. Our order was repeated to us 2 times and both times it was correct. When we got our food it was incorrectly made and we were missing 2 of our sandwhiches. The sodas were flat and tasted horrible. Now I know why they don't have a line like other surrounding businesses. I spent 15 minutes in line thinking they were taking the time to make our food correctly only to have to come home and be disappointed. I went back gave them their food back and got a refund. Never will I ever eat at this place again. We will never eat here again we took our 66 dollars and went to whataburger which was much cheaper.
I also seen another comment on here about a customer with mustard on his burger and how the manager took it back and scrapped it off. Well being that I am serv safe certified, I know that she did wrong by doing what she did, that cross contamination, she should have had the burger remade. What an unsanitary situation.

Read moreSo I ordered online and set my pick up time. I got there and the food was done, but the drive thru takes forever, found out the lobby is open and there were diners inside. I watched Lily the girl at the register helping the customer in front of me. He placed his order and handed her cash, she is wearing plastic gloves. She took the cash, gave him his change and said "I'm gonna go get your drink" she walked off by the drive thru and was putting the drink together, the fryer started beeping. She walked over and turned it off and pulled the baskets out of the oil. While still wearing the same plastic gloves she opened a drawer next to the fryer and reached down and out of the drawer in her gloved hands she is scooping frozen frys.... the same gloves she used to handle the cash and dumped two handfuls into the fryers basket. So not only are the fries she grabbed by hand are contaminated so is the box I assume all the frozen fries are in. I won't be ordering...
