I stopped ordering from Domino's for about 4 years after a horrific experience. I had ordered a build your own pasta bowl, and ordered just Alfredo and red peppers (I am a vegetarian). When I received it, I discovered they added chicken so I called to notified them that they made my order wrong and I would like a newly made one since I did not eat chicken. I am used to receiving meat products by accident so I know mistakes happen. The guy I spoke with got his Manager, as he said he could not fix my order without the okay from him, the manager got on the line and proceeded to be extremely rude to me and said "Chicken automatically comes with the order", which then pissed me off because 1) I have ordered from this Domino's before with this order and it has never came with chicken, and 2) why the heck is it build your own pasta bowl if it automatically comes with chicken and 3) there was an option for chicken which I did not select, so why give me the option if it automatically comes with chicken. I explained then explained all the three points. At which point, this manager got extremely ruder, and said that he would remake my order even though it was my mistake but he was not sending his driver back out and I would have to come down there and get it. At this point, I was done with being treated like it was my fault when it wasn't and told him to refund my card the money for the bowl and shove his business. He said he would not refund my money since it was my mistake, and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. For four years I did not ever order from Domino's again, I found out that different people own them 4 years later when I was in Green Valley. I started ordering again, but only if they are not owned by the person who owns this extremely horrible Domino's. Read moreMy girlfriend and I ordered over the phone for Dominos Carryout because we had specific details about our order that wasn’t online. We called it in and a women answered and we ordered a medium pizza, 2 pasta bowls and cheese bread. They asked for our name and callback number and said it was going to be 20 mins. And told us it was $35.61 so we waited for 15 mins then headed over. When we arrived I went inside to pay with cash and pick up the order and they asked for the name. I told them “Alex” they told me there was no record of that name. We went to the correct location showed them the call log, they ran the phone number and told us there was no record at all of a call with that number to their store or any of them in the area. The lady called her manager over which was super rude and looked it up as well then proceeded to tell me to redo the order and told me 35mins. So we have now waited 1 hour for carry out, and I normally don’t write bad reviews and hate being negative but this was a horrible experience! Read moreGot half of my $30 order and whoever sent it out didn’t think my order looked a little small for $30. The driver came back later with the other half of my order. I shouldn’t have given him the cash for the entire order the first time. When the rest of my order got here and we sat down to eat, I realized the first part of my order was wrong. So I was upcharged for a specific item & did not even get the right item. Contacted the store twice in reference to my missing items and nobody even offered to make it right or anything. I work in customer service. So I’m that much more upset with your stores lack of customer service. You guys even wrote the right item in on one of my boxes but put the wrong thing on it. And you also wrote the missing items on a box from the first set of items. It’s beyond me how you messed up so bad. Now I know not to order from you anymore. Definitely going with Pizza...
