This place deserves 0 stars. I always have something wrong at this location, but I was craving a cherry slush with nerds, so decided to give it another chance. This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had at any place. Took 5 minutes to be acknowledged at the speaker, another 15 minutes to get to the window, 6 minutes to be acknowledged at the window, while all orders were sitting in the window needing to be handed out, employees were vaping near the ice cream machine. Once I finally received the food, I pulled out and noticed my popcorn chicken wasn’t buffalo, like I ordered. Then I took a sip of slush and no nerds, no ranch in the bag either. I pulled into a spot and pressed the button for them to take my order and sat there for five minutes with no acknowledgment. After waiting, I decided to get back into the drive-through since there was no way for me to go inside to talk to someone. I had to repeat the same drive-through process that I had just done zero acknowledgment at the speaker and took about 10 more minutes to finally get back to the window. When I got to the window the first thing they asked me was for my receipt which I’ve never had received the first time, but I told him I had just come through the drive-through, she asked me what I had wanted. I told her buffalo popcorn chicken, a cherry slush with nerds and my mozzarella sticks. I had her the bag and sat there for another five minutes she came back to the window and handed me my Buffalo popcorn chicken and I asked her if I could get my mozzarella sticks back and she told me know since I had to eaten 2 of the 4. She also then proceeded to tell me that they were just going to give me what I paid for which was not what I had ordered. This was by far the worst experience. There was zero apology, and the food was terrible. I will not be returning here, and I hope that the employees receive better training, I’m a general manager for a competitor so I understand that fast food can be stressful but it’s customer service so there needs to be some sort of proper training. Read moreOne of the very few times I wish there was a 0 star review. Sonic advertises that they are open till midnight so showing up 45 minutes before closing doesn't seem like a very big deal. Tonight my boyfriend and I had a very unpleasant experience. The drive thru lady took our order of 2 drinks 3 shakes. Upon arriving at the pay window my boyfriend decides to also get a wacky pack for our son for later. He asked if she would like us to park elsewhere so we wouldn't run the DT timer. She said no that it was "ok" so we waited. She handed us 4 drinks I noticed one small shake was missing so I asked her about it she never gave me a receipt for the drinks so I took her word that she she didn't charge us for it and I ordered it she was putting in my order and ask her co-worker to make one more small banana shake and the co-worker said very loudly to them "Why are they ordering still, tell them to make their own shakes I want to go home" as she says this the manager starts laughing. Then the drive thru lady closed the window and there is a large drink sticker covering the window so we couldn't see what was happening behind the glass.
This was very unprofessional and made us feel like them doing their job is us being a burden on them. Afterwards my boyfriend calls the manager to confront him about the situation. The manager then starts to argue with him and says he didn't hear her. It was very clear he did. I mean if we could hear her from the drive thru there's no way he couldn't hear her right in front of him.
Even if he didn't hear her he didn't seem concerned about the situation.
I hope everyone else's experiences are better than ours was. But as for us we'll make our way to the Grant location just for a shake...
Read moreJust came through the drive through, ordered the new grilled cheese double burger and tots. Well, the toast was dry and burned, the bacon was burned beyond crispy, there was only one burger, and no tots. So I called Daniel the manager. He was ‘ sorry about that’, and would talk to crew. He also said the instructions were to only put one burger patty in the sandwich. I asked if the instructions were to omit the tots also. He did offer to make another one for me, but I’m not driving 40miles for another one. Will be calling corporate and doing Sonic’s feedback and survey. 😞 Editing here ... More editing, September 5th @ 11:56am After back and forth with Sonic Customer Service, they did offer two cheeseburgers for my totally incorrect order. Problem is, "the rewards that was offered can only be redeemed thru the Sonic App." So Sonic requires me to have a smart phone, phone and / or Internet service, AND they must invade my privacy by requiring my private information by installing their "APP" ? Hey Sonic ... are you beyond using the US Mail ? I did give you my address AND I have an email address ... send or attach the certificates to one of those locations ... and do NOT require me to purchase $$$ worth of equipment and services just to get two cheeseburgers because of YOUR...
