Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tucson

I came in today and got treated badly by the cashier- Emma at this store. She made me felt uncomfortable as she pretended that I did not speak English to her. I am Asian and of course English is not my primary language but I am Us citizen and already live here in the US for over 21 years. I’ve been working in medical field for over 13 years. I ordered 10 chocolate munchkins, 2 glazed donuts. 1 chocolate sprinkles donut and 1 ice caramel macchiato coffee with extra caramel. I didn’t ordered a lot that she messed up all my orders and got frustrated at me with bad attitude. She handed me the coffee, I told her this looked different than what I’d previous ordered before and I didn’t think she made it right. She said she made it right and that’s what it is with cold face. There’s couple behind me had been waiting so I just took the coffee with my donuts and left. I know that it’s a busy morning and work is very stressful, but please do not take on your customer like this. I just came in to order food and drink and of course I paid for them. Always have had a good experience here. We usually hit the drive thru. This last time they offered one of their seasonal drinks, a brown sugar oatmilk latte, hot, which coincidentally was what I was planning on ordering. When I got to the window, they handed me something other than what I ordered and it was cold so I questioned it with the young lady and she was very apologetic and said let us remake it for you. Well the person that remade the correct drink left it cold again. I began to tell the gal that I'll just take it like that, it was no big deal. But she insisted I wait so they can get it right. They finally got it right and honestly it took no more than 2 minutes for all of this to take place. I was very appreciative of how Alicia handled it all and how she remained pleasant and made sure her customer left happy. Big...

The coffee here is pretty much bottom of the barrel. I don't see the appeal since pretty much even coffee from McDonald's is better.

Not to mention today I went in and bought $15 worth of food paid with card, then I asked for some change for $10 in cash that I had so I could leave a tip; the cashier acted like she couldn't do it then when she finally did she reminded me that I cannot ask to get change again?? I saw her manager say something to her about this. what is wrong with you that you won't allow people to get some change so they can leave your staff a tip?? And it's not like they have a place to write in a tip on the receipt. Dunkin' donuts is clearly a terrible employer that does not give two cares about...
