I used to go to the Dunkin’ on Grand and Swan, but since that location closed, I started visiting the one on Speedway. From the outside, it looks new and well-kept—but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Every time I’ve visited, the service has been disappointing. The staff often seem uninterested in helping, and the overall experience feels rushed and unwelcoming. The coffee is consistently too heavy on milk, to the point that it barely tastes like coffee. The iced tea often tastes like watered-down tap water. And without fail, they burn my bagel, avocado toast, or croissant every single time. After giving this location multiple chances over the past year, I’ve decided I’m done starting my mornings off on a bad note. I’ll be sticking with Starbucks from now on—even if it’s a bit more expensive, the consistent quality and service make it worth it. For what it’s worth, I’ve had much better experiences at the Dunkin’ locations on Valencia and Tanque Verde. The service and food quality at those spots are...
Read moreI was hoping this location would be better than the old one on Grant, but alas, no, it is not. I think they might only hire people who can't read, which is great for those people, but probably not the best business decision. I always place an online order so that my order is precise and clear and it is consistently wrong. Today, I ordered the same matcha latte order I always do, and I don't even know what it is because they even forgot to put the sticker on it, but it's waaaay light. When I told the guy, he said he'd put more in, and it's still way too light. I think he made it with whole milk and not oatmilk, which is terrible on two fronts: I'm trying to avoid extra dairy, and I was charged extra for oatmilk. I also waited at the window for over 10 minutes while 3 employees passed the window over and over again. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with cheddar, and it came with American. I've never wanted to work at a place so badly just to see whyyyyy they consistently...
Read moreIt has come to our attention that the lobby is rumored to be closing at 7 p.m. without any signage indicating this change. Additionally, when placing a pickup order through the app, customers are prompted to choose between walking in or using the drive-thru, despite Google stating that the establishment is open until 8 p.m. Furthermore, there are no posted hours on the doors for either the lobby or drive-thru.
To ensure better customer service, we recommend updating the app and lobby doors to reflect accurate information. As a frequent Dunkin' Donuts customer, I have never encountered this situation at any other location and believe it is essential to address this matter promptly.
Moving forward, I will be visiting an alternative location to ensure a more...
