I used to go here every single day and they always got something or another wrong which is crazy cause I would come for the same things all the time if they didn't have one thing I would get the other typically like any other person. Even though my orders would be messed up time and time again I still would go daily because I love the caramel cappuccino blasts, I would still go everyday and spend $20-$45 every time everyday. Just recently I was refused service because they claim I make them feel uncomfortable because I walked a cashier through how to accept payment from a phone. These people are beyond rude,I they lost a good loyal customer. There was literally only one person that ever would be polite and get the orders right the other young lady at the drive thru register never smiled or would show any type of curtousy. You guys lost my business and because of this a lot more will stop coming as well. I can't fathom how a passenger can make you feel uncomfortable when the driver is who is speaking to you. The only one who should keep their job there is LGBT young man should be the only one that should stay because the rest of them are rude and if they don't want to be dealing with people they shouldn't be working there. What a disgrace you think the more a person would go the better people would treat you especially when there are lots of other places I could of went but no I went there daily and still have them a chance. Read moreI came to this location today 11/17/18 and had one of the worst experiences. I absolutely love the original cappuccino blast and will drive 30 minutes to this location to get one. With that being said I placed my order and was asked to go to the window I sat there for nearly 8 minutes and not one associate approached the window to let me know it will be a minute. An associate named Esmeralda approaches the window and told me my total would be $4.56 and took my card while the number display under the window pane stated $2.70. Then another associate approached the window and was going to charge me again then the number display changed from $7.58 to $5.40. When I asked for the managers information to provide feedback the 2nd associate took a couple more orders leaving me to sit at the window wrote down a number on a receipt paper with the name of Natalia, when I called a woman answered and the moment I asked for Natalia she hung up on me. When I called a 2nd time I was sent to voicemail. I called the store 3 times and was sent to voicemail so I left a voicemail asking for a manager to contact me. It was a horrible experience and the worst customer service I’ve ever received at this location and I’ve had a few encounters at this location prior as well. Before we left the parking lot, I checked the bag because it didn’t seem like they understood our order in the drive thru. Sure enough, it was just an egg and cheese bagel with no cream cheese. No problem. We walked in and they corrected it for us immediately. The next day, I went back and ordered the same thing. They told me at the window they were out of plain bagels, so I chose a sesame bagel. I didn’t check the bag before pulling out onto the street, which I should have because it was the same mistake as the day before, only this time they had added bacon. So I went back, went inside and they handed me a new bagel. This time, I ran across the street to Walmart and upon getting back into my vehicle, I went to go eat it and noticed it was just a sesame bagel with cream cheese…I go back with both bagels in hand and showed them, in addition to the receipt that showed I had indeed ordered an egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese. They made a new one immediately and had me check it before I left. Everything was right…except they had still put bacon on even though I didn’t want it and the bacon wasn’t even cooked.
