If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst Dunkin Donuts I have EVER been to. The manager legit ARGUED ABOUT WHAT WAS ON THE MENU. We wanted the 2 for $3 sausage egg and cheese wrap sandwich. YA KNOW APART OF THEIR PROMO MENU LMAO. And she was like “so do you want a wrap or sandwich?” After we told her it says “wrap sandwich” she argued with us for like 5 minutes. And then she was like “the 2 for $3 doesn’t exist” and then told us she had to upcharge us for the sausage. And so we read the deals off that were on the drive thru menu and she kept telling us that we are wrong and that the menu didn’t say that. WE WERE LITERALLY LOOKING AT THE MENU READING IT WORD FOR WORD. I hate to be a Karen, but I took a picture to show them at the window. AND SHE STILL ARGUED WITH ME. Not to mention she was laughing at everything we were saying when we were ordering. Oh yeah and then they gave us the wrong drinks. They’ve had lots of time I get here. It’s not busy or nothing there’s just this order is literally just sitting on the counter bag wide open. This person stuff is just sitting there. They have plenty of time to call the customer with no one in there when I got there they waited till I got there, asked me to contact the customer and if you’re a DoorDash or you know, the customers does not always answer the phone and they will not give me the order until they get an answer from the customer. I pull up to the drive through at about 10 AM (so they have been open for a while) and ask for a half dozen donuts. My experience went as such: "Half a dozen please" "Okay, so you want 6?" "Yes" "Okay what 6 would you like" "Do you have crumb donuts?" "Yes" "I want three glazed, one crumb, and two boston cream please" "Okay, and for your 6th donut?" "That should be six" "Oh but we don't have any glazed right now" "Oh, can I get rainbow sprinkle then?" "Sure, would you still like 6 donuts?" (At this point I'm pretty exasperated) "Yes, 3 sprinkle, 1 crumb, 2 boston cream" "Oh, we don't make crumb donuts" "Fine, 3 sprinkle, 1 cake, 2 boston cream" "Okay and for your sixth donut?"
