Still scarred from the worst dining experience ever in my life.

Terrible experience between food and service. Just disgusted honestly/ this place is dirty dirty. Manager shouldn’t be a manager at this location as well. Literally complained about roaches in front of the front door of her restaurant, and she looked at me with the look:”what would you want me to do about it?”. Well, I would like you to clean it or have someone clean it so I don’t loose my appetite entering your business. My family owns 2 restaurants in Italy; I get it that the level of service is different, but - literally this place has no care for hygiene ( also, floor and counters were sticky all over the place), customer service is terrible, and food wasn’t ready as ordered, or actually good for that matter (something was off about the taste of the sandwiches, check your food), was also overcharged for the ranches as well too. Literally can’t think of a worse event that ever happened to me eating somewhere. Enjoy this review, and clean up your roaches.
