I've been here a handful of times with my hubby

I enjoy their chairs for pedis. They use liners which is nice as far as sanitation. They chair massage features are good. And they have a leg lifter for when needed

Their staff is talented

But they seem to overbook themselves. I waited about 45 mins between my pedi and mani. I literally watched a girl who came in after me finish what I believe was a waxing service, mani/Pedi and leave before they sat me down for my mani. My appointment started at 2 and I left at 5 today. This is the main reason I've dropped a star.

That said, I normally just do gel on my natural nail and this time opted for dipped and to have my nails longer. I was planning on getting gems. In fact when we started I showed a photo with some. By the end my nail technician forgot and I honestly was feeling so impatient I didn't say anything about it

But I love how they came out. She did a good job at shaping them and thinning then down. I was a bit disappointed she couldn't do the colors I asked but I like the alternative she provided so I can't be mad at that

I was a regular customer for a while now , always came to get my nails and pedicures here . I am no longer coming here , my nails started lifting and falling off after a WEEK. I came in at 10am to get them fixed and they told me to come back at 2pm I got there and waited 20 mins for someone to start my nails , I sit down and the lady says she can’t do a fill because she has an appointment at 230 told her I had an appointment at 2pm ! The man then told me my appointment was for a fix not a fill, which made no sense . Why would I get 3 nails fixed that fell off and let the other ones just keep lifting . They then ask me if I can come back after work I don’t get out til 8 . I made an appointment for a reason . I work with phones and customers ALWAYS ask me where I get my nails done and I have ALWAYS recommended them . I will no longer go there or recommend them . Two of them were also laughing and saying it was my fault that my nails popped off after a week . They acted like I couldn’t understand them but I did . FYI u guys cans do language translation on google in your phone or Siri if u wanna know what they are saying about u . If I could give 0 stars I would . Bye...

Called ahead of time for a pedicure and FULL SET acrylic. Worker on phone said I would have pedicure first then full set done. Completely fine and understood what had be told to me.. we’ll get sat down with the nail tech and told her my wants.. my two big toes all gold with glitter and the rest black.. I asked three time s if she understood my wants.. she said “yes yes of course” first time around she painted all my toes black when I mention the mistake I could tell she had a attitude when fixing the big toes. When the toes were done she walked me over to start on my nails and mentioned which color for the MANICURE. When I reminded her I want a full set acrylic she looked very confused and started to discuss with the manager I assume. When the manager talked to me he said there must have be confusion on the phone but I had made it a point to continuously repeat what I wanted. The solution I come back in a hour and half to get the full set. NO THANK YOU I have a life to live and things to do! What is the whole point of calling ahead to make sure they...
