Ordered a pizza online for pick up during my lunch. When I arrived at the register I told them I placed an order and that I had a coupon card through my sons high school. The cashier then tells me that she can't apply the coupon, that they have been having system issues all day and that there was nothing they could do. I had just ordered from another PPP location last week and they were able to apply the coupon just fine. Cashier did not call for help from a supervisor or try anything else to manually apply the discount. I told them I didn't want the pizza and just walked out. This is the reason why I don't visit PPP locations. There's always something going on. I will stick with Dominos or any other pizza company.

I haven’t been to this Peter Piper in a very long time and I will keep it that way. I took my family to enjoy the lunch buffet and boy was that a mistake. There were moments when there was not a single pizza out and people were standing around waiting for pizza to come out of the oven. I peeked in the oven and they only had 3 pizzas that they had just thrown in. I requested a California veggie and I was told ā€œlet me see if we can try to get one outā€. Is requesting pizza not a thing anymore? I’ll continue to stick to the Ina location.

Obviously, Peter Piper’s brand isn’t entirely about their food. Regardless, I think their pizza is pretty good for what it is, with reasonable pricing. The size for a personal pizza is perfect, and while the price is similar to a larger pizza at Little Caesar’s, I do think it is tastier. I ordered my pizza with red onions, and there was an ample amount on my pizza. Ultimately, it’s not my top pizza choice, but it’s a pretty good $5 meal for a single person

UPDATE/EDIT-Happened on:TUESDAY FEBUARY 6th, 2024-Brought the kids on this day at around 4:45pm and were excited to eat & play games ETC. BUT almost ALL THE GAMES WERE "OUT OF ORDER" & NOT WORKING!!šŸ˜”šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø....We had already ordered our food & did decide to stay, but we shouldn't have to be put in the position of deciding whether to stay or not because all of their games are out of order and not working. WHEN WE WALK IN AND ORDER OUR FOOD & GO SIT DOWN & RELAX and Then 10 or 15 minutes later realize that the games aren't working who's going to decide to walk out after that? It's absolutely unacceptable for all of their games from 95% of their games to be out of order and not working. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I can understand one or two games being out of order, but for literally almost every single game to not be working and only have a couple games working is ridiculous. I don't know if their store is running out of money, if the manager isn't managing it or if the owner isn't owning it very well or what it is but it seems like this Peter Piper Pizza has gone downhill over the years. It seems like they've TRIED making changes to stay modern but are just not managing it very well overall. It's really a shame because it used to be poppin back in the day and used to be one of the best Peter Pipers in the area and one of the best family restaurants to go to back in the day.END OF UPDATE/EDIT The food Is (of course) GREAT. There is this ONE young man here that is always working the front cash register, unfortunately I don't have his name- But he is ALWAYS hangs up on me & doesn't know how to say "bye". That sounds dumb but when I'm still talking and get hung up on, it gets pretty annoying and gets pretty old. It's just about Good customer service. And as you know with my Reviews I'm a stickler for that. Anyways. He just needs to work on it. But thanks for the good food PPPšŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøšŸ‘ You just NEED to work on the customer service & MAKING SURE ALL THE GAMES ARE WORKING!!-This is (supposed to be) a "FAMILY FUN" PLACE WHERE WE CAN BRING OUR KIDS, EAT DINNER & LET THEM PLAY THE GAMES! & PLAY WITH THEM & HAVE FUN!-BUT WE CAN'T DO THAT IF 95% OF THE GAMES ARE "OUT OF ORDER". IT'S ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE....

I got to your location on Oracle and Limberlost to simply pick up my mobile order over here only to find your pathetic excuse of a store manager named "Alicia" and her employees giggling at this group of wannabe gangsters - Twice, I was ignored by your employee, working the front on her own which she did go back there with her Boss and coworkers twice and finally I had to speak up and raise my voice by saying "Hello?? I've been standing here waiting for your employee up front to attend me!! I'm simply here for my mobile order!!" Alicia responded by saying "Excuse me, Sir, you don't need have to yell at my employees like that!"

Now, I can't remember exactly what we were telling each other, but your store manager "Alicia" decided to not only argue with me, but to also cut me off as I'm speaking as well - I come here as often as I can whenever me, my mother and sister feel like eating pizza and after tonight? I don't think we'll be visiting this location anymore!! I try my best to keep a cool head, but people like "Alicia" and her staff make that impossible to do

We've already had to get a hold of Peter Piper Headquarters before for a similar situation at a different location and now we're going to be getting a hold of of Peter Piper Headquarters again because of "Alicia" and her staff

You guys should not be training your staff to ignore customers!! I'm also going to add that "Alicia" had the nerve to tell me to just order through DoorDash/GrubHub/UberEats next time!! Uh, excuse me?? Do you not want our business?? Do you guys not want to take home a paycheck?? WE ARE your paycheck after all, just like anywhere else!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AFTER THE INTERACTION I HAD HERE!!!!

And if you wanna know what exactly happened there, be sure to check out your camera footage!! I'll be sure to let Peter Piper's Headquarters know about my experience here!! Let alone the safety of the customers and delivery drivers that...

We used to drive farther to go to this location because they made consistently great pizza and had great service. Management has since changed, and they were rude enough that we'll gladly get our pizza somewhere else. Most recently, we had ordered a Chicago Classic with red onion instead of the mushrooms that come standard on it. This is our typical order, we've been getting it this way for years without any issue. When we picked up the pizza, the total was $20 rather than $15+tax, which is the special they're running at the moment. I asked the employee why the subtotal was nearly $17 when they advertised a $15 price. She said it was "just another tax." Obviously, you don't pay tax in the subtotal, but this employee was not understanding this and I kindly asked if she could get a manager, intending to ask the same question. The manager then informed me that it was $2 for the extra topping. This answer is completely acceptable, but I asked if she thought her employees should mention, preferably while taking the order, that a substitution would be an upcharge. She said no, because it's just adding a topping and store policy is no substitutions. This is a lie, or they've just ignored store policy for half a decade. Regardless, this is another detail that would be ethical to mention when a customer asks for a substitution over the phone. I disagreed with her objection to that communication and she took offense when I claimed it was her store. She didn't understand the colloquialism that a manager on duty is representative of ownership. She "just works here," she said. So, we left and got pizza elsewhere.

Now, I actually agree with you if you think this is a bit much over a $2 discrepancy. But my real complaint here is the trash tier customer service that is flooding our community. I've reached my limit with it and I'll choose not to give my money to businesses that employ...
