I am definitely not one to complain. I absolutely love Jason’s! The food truck on Wilmot is the best location you could possibly go to! This location on Pantano and Wrightstown absolutely sucks! Their customer service is terrible. Let alone their attitudes. They used to be great. The last 4-5 times I’ve gone in I’ve waited at least 10 15 minutes for even some type of service, and when I finally did get service the counter lady had an extremely poor attitude. The last time I went in. I stared at the lady on her phone for 8 minutes until she went to GO GET a different lady to take my order, WHICH TOOK AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES!! I said “excuse me” 1 minute after waiting for her to realize I was even in the restaurant. Plus they have a doorbell when someone walks in. When she finally approached and rudely asked “what do you want” I didn’t even want to order! Her customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. And I’ve worked in customer service my entire career life! She acted like she didn’t have the time of the day to take my order, let alone prepare it for me. The food and drinks were so bad that night. My daughter got food poisoning from her meet and my husbands tacos were so messed up. It was like they shook up the box before handing it to us. My family and I will never go again. I will pray they resolve this issue at the Pantano location and find someone whose better at customer service and can be nice and leave their issues outside the door of workplace! It is definitely against health code violations!! BIG TIME!! The BBB will definitely be hearing from me. If you walk inside you can see their kitchen and floors and how...
Read moreFirst time here. I got a Sonoran hotdog and a drink. The hotdog was decent, not great, but I would get another one in the future. I agree with a number of the comments here, and would rather they use sour cream instead of mayo on the Sonoran dogs. In my case, I usually put mayo on regular hotdogs anyway, so I don't mind it, but the Sonoran dogs definitely need door cream. The cashier who took my order wasn't very friendly. Now, to be clear, she wasn't rude or unfriendly, she just didn't smile or try to make any conversation with me. I saw some comments about the place not being clean. I don't think I'd say that, though the place did have kind of a dingy vibe. My only real "complaint", if you will, was that I thought their prices were on the expensive side. I had originally gone in to get their "texano" burrito, but it was $13, and unless that thing was massive I didn't think that was a realistic price. A lot of their other items had similarly high price tags. I went with the Sonoran dog because it was only $4. So, will I go back? I will probably give it another try and see...
Read more5 stars was a mistake I would only give it A1I have been there 3 times. The 1st time was wonderful and that was 5 star the 2nd time I ordered cheese enchiladas And I got one beef and 1 chicken. Today when I got there I told the woman 3 times that I wanted the special and I read it off to her which was fish taco or tacos with coleslaw avocado Cheese. I read it to her and she wasn't listening and I read it to her again. When I got the fish tacos they were supposed to be 350 because it was a special she charged me 999. When I pointed that out to her she said all I didn't know what's that's what you wanted. She gave me back the difference I got home and I went to eat the fish tacos and they were not the ones on the special they were dried fried pieces of fish with cabbage no coleslaw no avocado no cheese they were the worst fish tacos I have ever eaten. So if you want Mexican food I will not and you should not a go to the Jason's Mexican...
