Jerry Bob's Restaurant — Restaurant in Tucson

Diane and I like to come to this Jerry Bob's because it's a bit less busy and the waitresses are terrific. It's location is kind of off the path in a short wing of the shopping center. And I think it smells real good when I enter, but am at a loss what the smell is exactly. She got the chicken tenders. There were five large pieces, hot and crispy. She really liked the slaw and her fries were just like she prefers, crispy. I ordered the French Dip. This was a something I hesitated about because I have often been served shoe leather being passed off as meat labeled French Dip. This time, the meat was quite tender and good. The au jus was a bit watery, but still good. All in, the meal was filling, tasty and all served hot, except the cole slaw. Give Jerry Bob's at 22nd and Kolb a try. Well today was my birthday so I wanted to celebrate it at Jerry Bob’s it’s one of my favorite places to go eat breakfast unfortunately the experience was awful today I ordered something that I had previously ordered before off of the menu and it just was awful it had no flavor I took two bites and my plate was full of food... I also ordered a side of potatoes& my potatoes tasted very bland I left those alone as well ! I feel like after the waitress seeing that I didn’t eat anything or touch any of my food would’ve asked me if there was something wrong or maybe if there was anything she could do but she didn’t... even maybe take the food off of my bill if anything, but I wasn’t even given that just a bad experience I guess ...hopefully this is not going to change my wanting to eat there,but was just very unsatisfied with the the food and the service today. Usually no complaints and service...

We were looking for a place to go for lunch. I suggested this restaurant. First of all, our server had trouble remembering our order. Plus, she didn't ask us all the questions she should have to complete our order. Like what kind of bread we wanted for toast or our sandwich. I ordered a cheese omelet but when I got it there was something else in it! The cook decided to put bacon in it. Which I accepted it but that's not what I asked for. Then, my friend got a grilled chicken sandwich. She found a bone in it!! When I told the lady, she said "I will let the cook know". That's nice but she should have taken it off our bill!! It could have cut the inside of my friends mouth!! So, they didn't give the best customer service they could have!! Especially in today's world when everything is going up in price!! We will not be coming back to this particular Jerry...
