Cool little dive bar, fun karaoke, friendly crowd. However, the customer service from the bar is horrible unless you're a regular or friend. Been there a couple times and trying to get noticed to get another drink from Patty horrible! You will wait for AT LEAST 10-15 mins, while she caters to her friends. Then when you can finally get her attention, she will still give them drinks before yours, and if you don't say all the drinks for your group fast enough, she will go away and you'll have to wait another 10 mins to complete your order. it wasn't just us either, there were a few people who would strike up a conversation with us while they waited, stating, "It's probably gonna be awhile." I saw her being confrontational with another patron, who must have said something and I even saw a guy waiting so long for a beer he started getting a little frustrated. She literally walked right past him at least 5 or 6 times with zero acknowledgement and a guy who had just arrived also seemed to notice said, "want me to order for you?" The guy said thank you and gave him his money, as soon as he stepped away from the bar, Patty went right up to her friend I'm assuming and took his order and the man was able to get his beer. First, when I got there, there were 4 others sitting at the bar, none of them requiring anything, and the bartender was moving around the bar. I realise she had things to do, but after making eye contact with her a few times and speaking up a couple, I still stood there for almost ten minutes before she served me. Then, when I got up to sing my second song with 1/2 of my drink still there, Tammy, the karaoke host, gave me the mic, but before she would start the song, she called me back over to her. "Have you ordered your second drink yet?" she asked. I told her I wasn't done with my first one yet, but yes, I would be ordering a second. Her reply: "Well, technically, I'm not even allowed to let you sing until you've had at least two drinks." Affronted, I assured her that I would be ordering my second, then she finally let me sing. When I was done, I went back to the bar to finish my soda, but the bartender had dumped it out! I guess that's the way they treat people there... Especially if you're not a big money maker for them because you mostly just drink...
