05/27/16 ok so we're do I start. So my wife works late shift and I don't like to be home so I got to McDonald's to get a something to eat and watch a movie off there wifi. On show box so am there enjoy my burger and soda and watching a movie and i see a homeless man walk in and go to the front counter and (Bought) hime self a drink . And walks over to were I was sitting. And plugs in a charger for his phone. And I noticed my phone was dieing so I plug mine in and not even 10 mins later the outlet plugs are off. . So am like what happened right so the homeless man just unplug his charger and left . And I see a manger walk bye and I ask him why the outlet's are not working and he replied cause he is here and I ask who?? And he points at the homeless man . His customer right. I got so upset. When he refereed to the homeless man as a different person. So I ask can u please turn on the outlet cause my phone was dieing. And he replied they will be off for a while. And walks off so I go to the front and ask the other manger Olga hey can u please turn on the outlets and she tell me ok I will . And am like ok so I step out side and smoke a cig . And come back inside and oder a ice cream cone and have a seat were I was be for and I plug my phone in and still not working so I walk back up to the front and ask them to turn on the power for the out let's and Olga tells me that I have been there way to long and that I am not allowed to charge my phone. That I have to go so I got upset and told the can U read me the sight u have right in front it state's TIME LIMIT 30 MIN WHILE EATING FOOD. And I made sur that I was byeing stuff . While I was there and she ask me do u have your recite so I can conform your last purchase and I had already thrown it away and I ask the cashier to tell her when I got my apple pie and cookie. And he tells her a bit 20 min ago right the 2nd time I went up there . And she tells me ok I will turn it on for a Lil while . So I siting there 30 mins pass and down gos the power. So at that point I felt like they were trying to test me so I just stayed were I was siting. And kept playing my game ana few minutes later the Lil short Mexican girl with long black hair comes out from the back and tells me that she has been watching me throw the camra s and that I have to go . Or so will call the COP'S that I had 5 min to leave. So I ask her why am not bothering no one am byeing food every 30 min and enjoying my game's and movies on my phone . So I ask her can I bye a mic flurry so I can stay a little longer to charge my phone and she replied the Lil short Mexican girl with long black hair PAY FOR YOUR MIC FLURRY AND LEAVE... that's what she told me her customer. I felt so unappreciated. As a customer . And felt like I was being treated like a criminal. So I felt so bad for for the homeless man and the way the look at people there. And I asked him are u hungry and he tell me yes so I go to the front odder a cheese burger oder and a small fries for for the homeless man . . And sure enough I see 2 cops pulling in to the parking lot so I step out side and the ask me my name so I tell them . And they ask me to leave the property for 24 hour's or the will take me in and I ask what did I do .. to deserve this . And he tells me idk they just don't want u here. ???? So I basically got escorted out for staying up for for the less fortunate. The homeless man . Smh never in my life have I been treated with such disrupect from managers . And also I now they turn off all power to out let's when kids get out off school. So they don't hang out . Like how messed up is the McDonald's. Like what if my Lil girl that just got off school Gose here to call me to pick her up and her phone died. And can't charge it at mcdonalds cause mangers think they have the right to shut power off to out let's when they feel like it and then my Lil girl Gose across the street. Read moreTried using the app to place my order, hoping that would keep any mistakes from happening. Made family breakfast order, went into drive-thru. Followed instructions per the application, and gave the worker the code for my order, and even said it was using their food app. The worker typed in the code as if it was a hot key for an item, to ring me up for a purchase. I had to repeat myself twice for them to understand what I was talking about. I then got told to proceed to the second window. I stopped at the 1st window, the payment window, just in case. When I spoke with the attendant there, they seemed to understand what I was talking about and stated let's make sure your payment processes and get you your receipt, not a problem. That was the only pleasant exchange I had through this whole process. My payment went through fine. When I got to the second window, my 1st cup of coffee was shoved out at me with the attendant looking away from me. I attempted to ask if it was decaf, as it was supposed to be. As soon as I took it, the window was promptly shut. I understand it was a chilly morning, but I don't have a loud vehicle, my radio was off, I was leaned over, and I was speaking up trying to talk, with my mask on for safety. But neither attendant was looking towards me to see that. So I set the coffee in the cup holder. When I look back up, the large, supposed to be regular coffee, is shoved out the window, and once again, the attendant is facing the other way. I speak up louder this time to ask if the small coffee is decaf, and I get no response that I was heard. All I get is the bag of food handed to me after I took the coffee, and then the large soda that was also ordered. Eye contact was never made, words were not spoken until I sat there staring at them as they waited with their backs to me, for me to drive off. When they realized I wasn't, they opened the window again to ask what I needed. I asked if everything was in then bag from the application order, I was assured it was, and I asked for a 2 cup cup holder, because I was 1 person with 3 drinks, and only 2 cup holders in my car. The attendant at the window sighed and said yeah, hold on. The one on the inside was kind. That attendant said just one moment ma'am let find one for you, I'll be right back. The attendant at the window should not have been there this morning. I understand we all have bad mornings, but you shouldn't be dealing with customers like that if you're having a rough morning. Trade places with someone. Shift leader needs to recognize it, and move people around. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue. #mcdonalds #rudecustomerservice To top everything off, when I got home, part of my order was missing, and as we discovered after drinking the coffee, the medium was regular and the large was decaf. So the person who didn't want all that caffeine is now wired to the gills like they're not supposed to be, and the person who wanted to be awake, had to brew a pot of coffee at home anyways....
Read moreI feel the food is overpriced. The app is pretty handy, but unfortunately you can only use one deal per order. Cleanliness of the restaurant is mediocre, at best. Often times, I read other reviews where someone says, "I wish I could give them no stars." Well, I wish I could give this McDonald's NEGATIVE stars. Without going into great detail about the absolutely horrible, rotten experience I had at this pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant, I will provide one simple fact that should clearly illustrate the type of service offered. My son and I came to eat here after their dinner rush (I know this because the place was nearly empty other than maybe five or six other patrons/customers. Three or four of which were already sitting down and eating, and only two people in line ahead of me). Anyway, the Kiosk was broken and I had to order at the counter. My receipt shows that I paid at 7:02 PM. Our food arrived at 7:48 PM. I waited FORTY SIX MINUTES for a hamburger, a cheeseburger, and two small French fries. To top it off, they didn't give me my son's drink (I asked for the cup at the counter and the moronic employee said she would bring it out with the food. God only knows her reason behind this decision, but she managed to fail miserably at it anyway). Additionally, the cheeseburger was made incorrectly. I asked for a cheeseburger - nothing special, just a regular cheeseburger however it's supposed to be made. The sandwich came to me with lettuce on it. When I went back to the counter, I asked to speak to the manager. A blue-haired, heavyset lady turned to look at me and walked the other direction.
