McDonald's — Restaurant in Tucson

Everytime I go to this location, the service is absolutely horrible. I don't know what it is but, everyone just seems a little off here. Went through the drive through today and was asked to pull to the first window to place my order because the employee couldn't hear me. Wanted a sausage egg mcMuffin with the egg cooked just a tad more than usual. Employee at this window was extremely unprofessional and holding up everyone in line. Yelling back to the front saying, "They want the egg cooked more!!" like it was such a complicated request or something. Finally paid and employee at second window nicely asked me to pull ahead and wait for my food. About 10 or 15 cars behind me got there food and left. Even saw a guy walk from down the street and go inside and shortly came out with food and a drink. After about 15 minutes My sister went inside to see what was taking so long and they said they were still waiting on the egg 😑😑 and the woman, who I assume was the manager, was extremely rude to her. This woman then came out to ask me what I ordered holding a bag of food and I told her and she said, "Oh I think your spouse is inside". I said, "Um, that's my sister".Then she just goes, "Oh sorry" in a rude way and brings the bag of food to the other car. She finally gave my sister our food without even an apology for the long wait or rudeness. Never going back to this location ever again. I've worked in food service allot and I expect the same customer service that I give customers. This was some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from any restaurant I've ever...

Pulled up through the drive-thru they asked me if I had a code for the app I said yes I provided the code I then proceeded to order a sausage muffin and two iced coffees. As we pull up to the window the person handing out the food has dripping boogers down his face he then proceeds to wipe them off with his hand. He has me my food and drinks I checked the bag and there's only one sandwich the code I provided was for an additional breakfast sandwich. When you provide a code the item pops up on their screen. I then go ahead and ask them for my additional sandwich that's missing since they only provided me with the sausage muffin sandwich they then start acting rudely asking me what what do you want very savagely, then the lady that took my order box up aggressively to the window and stating that I did not order that. So then I have to tell her very respectfully I did order that that I gave her the code then the other worker comes up with an attitude saying I never asked for an additional sandwich then they are being so rude that my brother has to step step in and tell them to relax so unprofessional very bad experience I will never be stopping at this McDonald's ever again if I was not pregnant I would have probably would have acted differently I work at a food service place and would never treat any customer like that towards the end of the visit they hand me a cold sandwich with unmelted cheese. Horrible customer service Horrible management !!! Went there a couple days ago my order was messed up and order included hash browns hash browns were missing the woman “MANAGER” I spoke to that same day told me to save my receipt and my name would be added to their book to come in ANYDAY which I specifically asked too if any day was ok to come in because I had already gotten home and she said yes that’s ok . ANYDAY is fine . I go in today to get my order fixed not only another manager is giving me Straight attitude but they’re telling me they wrote a whole other order to what’s on my ticket in their book and they couldn’t do anything they had the manager speak to me from who wrote my name down that day and she was yelling at me On THE PHONE telling me I never ordered that and that she never said what I went and said she said mind you she was yelling the whole time I used to work at this location and management has always sucked but it’s reached a horrible point if they yell at customers and lie on them as well I would NOT recommend this location at all !!! Save your money for a place that runs better !!! Will never be back here...
