2/14/25 Called in a to go order, arrived at estimated time, and waited in a lengthy line. The girl in a grey t shirt was working the cashier station. She had a horrible attitude, rude and dismissive to customers, she refused to check the to go order and ring it up properly instead I had to repeat my whole order, it was very busy & loud, the girl only mumbled, refusing to speak up or be courteous. If she has a personal issue, don’t come to work, if a she had a bad interaction with a customer before hand, why then treat next customers rude, that is so unprofessional. So disappointed with the new staff members since location has moved. My order was already ready, I could clearly see my name on the order. She told me to go sit and wait. I watch her take my food out of the hot box and just leave it on the counter and walking away. They young man with blondish hair came to the station and was confused my the order just sitting there. He then had to take care of bagging up my order. Absolutely horrible service by todays cashier who was working around 2:45-3:00 pm The order was also cold and i was refused the very small two sauce containers that come with the order of wings because I bought a pint?? So I give more money to this business but refused what comes with the order. EDIT: The food was so disgusting I could not even include at the time I was so upset and disgusted with having to throw away nearly $70 worth of inedible food. There was MULTIPLE BLACK CURLY HAIRS IN THE BLUE CHEESE! The chicken wing bones were black in color and had gone bad, serving old chicken wings is an absolute health violation and a disgusting thing to offer your customers. There was NO hot sauce on these disgusting over dry, old chicken wings, both 18 pieces had only 17 & 16 pieces, the quality of this was the worst I have ever had anywhere. So disgusted and clearly the management does not actually care, having a passive aggressive response to repeat customers is a sure way you will destroy your business. Repeat customers DO NOT want to come back and you leave a horrible experience for new ones. I use to recommend the old location to family and friends, celebrate birthdays there, I will be sure to let everyone I know NOT to give this poorly managed new location their money or support. AFTER BEING A LOCAL SUPPORTER FOR OVER A DECADE I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS OR...

First time eating here. Sat at the bar so I don’t know how table service is but the bar experience was bad. Sat at the bar for a good 10 mins-staff walked by and never acknowledged me etc and just filled their drink trays etc. Finally a gentlemen whom I’m assuming was a manager asked me if I had been helped. I told him “no” and I had been seated for about 10 mins. He apologized and stated he wasn’t sure where the bartender was. He gave me a menu and took my drink order plus gave me a water. He helped a few others sitting at the bar and took my food order before heading to the kitchen area. Another 5 mins went by then the bartender Isa appeared and the gentleman that took my order came back over and updated her on the orders he took etc. She never greeted/checked in with any of us. After 15 more minutes the guy sitting next to me who arrived a good 10 mins after me got his food order. I then asked the bartender how much longer my food order would take since I had ordered 10 mins before the guy that got served. She said she would check on it and then proceeded to just do things around the bar and not head to the kitchen area. My pizza arrived courtesy of the gentlemen originally took my order but the pizza was warm which indicated it had been sitting for a while. The bartender finally did check with me if I wanted another beer which she did produce timely but never bothered to take a look at my empty water glass nor bus the dirty dishes on the bar from previous customers. She disappeared to the outside patio for a good 10 mins. Came back in walked by me 2-3 more times and never filled up my water until I asked her for my bill. Overall she had a very carefree attitude and it shows in her lack of service. Frankly, she has no business being a bartender and I won’t waste my time or $ at this place again. Table service might be better etc, but I’m not interested in...

Came here as a party of 4 on a Saturday around 5 pm. The wait was estimated at an hour, no problem, we weren't in a hurry. The wait ended up being about an hour and 45 minutes. The restaurant was pretty slammed, and they looked understaffed. Once we were seated, we were told that if we ordered a pizza, it'd take at least an hour to come out. We got drinks and fried zucchini. The drinks and appetizer came out pretty quickly. We placed our orders and decided not to get a pizza to avoid another long wait time. Our server was busy with the tons of other tables she was assigned so she barely came over to check on us. Not her fault she was doing her best. Our entrees ended up taking 2 hours to come out. In that time, I observed that there were 3 servers for the whole restaurant for a busy weekend night. They were obviously struggling, and we were told that the kitchen was understaffed that night, too. I also did not see anyone who appeared to be a manager helping out. The food was okay, definitely not worth the 2-hour wait and the wings I got were not nearly as good as I remembered from their old location. We almost just left cash on the table for the drinks and appetizer to go to In-N-Out because the entrees were taking so long. Long wait times affect the servers' tips and, therefore, their income. Being understaffed is not the staff's fault, it's management's. The management either needs to hire more people or get out in the restaurant and help. Maybe it was a one-off and they had a bad night cause a bunch of people called out or something, but I would not come here again even when they're not busy. I'm a Tucson native and I know Rocco's has been around for a long time but regardless of all things considered, the food (besides the deep dish pizza) is pretty...

If you’re a fan of pizza, roadtrips and Diner, Drive ins and Dives this is a must stop. It’s quite busy and they’ve since moved from their original location. We stopped in for a late lunch to a packed house. The wait time was 40 minutes, but it went so much faster and we had a table in about 20. Booths are small, tables are limited, but there’s also bar seating. We squeezed into a booth and ordered hot wings, a small thin crust pepperoni and well as a deep dish pepperoni. You have to try it all to know right? I almost ordered a salad and such not so glad I didn’t because man alive I was full by the end. We ordered a few barrio beers from the bar as well as sodas. Service started out great, but dwindled as we ate. We didn’t receive our second beer for over 10 minutes. Both pizzas came out looking amazing and I loved the cheese burnt a bit from the oven. So dang good. The crust and all was perfection. I don’t typically like deep dish pizzas so when I say it was good trust me. It wasn’t overly doughy and the outside crust crisp, but not hard. Flavor of the sauce was great. Cheese was gooey but didn’t feel super heavy. I just wish it had more pepperoni or maybe I should’ve added another topping. Unfortunately our wings never came to us. We did notice they were dropped off at the wrong table when a guest said they hadn’t ordered them. Once our server became aware she talked with her manager who took them off of our bill since we were nearly done eating by then. Maybe next time. All in all we loved Rocco’s. Cozy spot with a chill vibe.

Highly recommend this place, amazing Chicago style pizza, it wasn't just extra thick crust with some topping, it was a very good crust (crust was very good & uniformly cooked) average thickness with a thick amount of toppings, amazing taste and great salad and beer to boot. I highly recommend this place. Further information: What I liked about the pizza is that it is obvious to me that the owner really likes food and desires to make every bite an experience. The pizza crust was crispy, uniform but not dry, the cheese wasn't over powering but was balanced in taste, the same is true for the sausage that was on the pizza to me it was apparent that the owner took time to get the right sausage. I was also impressed with the salad, the chosen greens were very good and delicate, the tomatoes were not your average grocery store tomatoes, they were very good and I am uncertain where the owner got the tomatoes but the last time I tasted tomatoes this good was when I was in Iquitos Peru where all vegetables grown in the Amazon jungle are amazing. It was very obvious to me that the owner probably constantly tries to improve his food, he knows/enjoys what he is doing. The owner, I am just guessing, probably is a type of person who enjoys food, goes on vacation to refresh his spirit and then bring back to his restaurant what ever he has discovered on his journey/vacation in regarding food. To me the owner of this restaurant, that it isn't all about money, I am sure he enjoys the money but IMO he seems to be an artist/engineer with food.

You go here for the food. First and foremost. Rocco's is not refined. Rocco's is homey. A local pizzeria that delivers a great taste of Chicago -- and well worth the effort to go there. The food. I ordered the breadsticks, cheesy garlic bread, and a deep dish Great Chicago Fire pizza. I had been craving deep dish pizza and this place was just calling my name. The breadsticks are soft, well-seasoned, and crave-worthy. The marinara sauce that goes with them is rather tomato-forward in its flavor, but good and seasoned well. How can you go wrong with cheesy bread? And then, there's the pizza. The Great Chicago Fire pizza has Italian sausage, jalapeños, green peppers, and onions. Freakin' yea, baby! Just what I needed and Rocco's delivered it perfectly. The service/ambiance. The inside dining area seats maybe 35-ish people not including the bar. It's rather small and cramped with a few booths plus the dining tables. There's memorabilia about Chicago all over, of course, and the place is a little rough around the edges. But, I like it. The service was good, also, and I was told to get the Hot Sticks next time, so I will certainly do that. In summary, go to Rocco's for a no-nonsense, be yourself, true Chicago pizza experience. You don't find places like this in Tucson very much, so it's really quite the gem. Keep up the great work, gang!
