I've been going to Gym 244 for about ten months or so and I felt compelled to write a review because it's such a great place! I go to group classes there and the workouts are diverse, so each day you may see conditioning, strength training, Olympic lifting training, running intervals, or crossfit-style workouts. The workouts are challenging, no doubt, but everything is scale-able, and the fantastic and personable coaches make it enjoyable. I go to the morning classes so I have to give a shout out to Vanessa and Anthony and Sandra and Leslie!

The people who work out at Gym 244 are also really great - overall friendly, inviting, encouraging, with a diverse range of ages and types of people. The vibe is great! There are quite a lot of people who have been members since the gym opened, and I believe it’s because of the supportive community there.
